Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District

Amazing place to stay for an amazing price! Incredibly satisfied

Parking is a bit pricey, but the valets were quick to respond when you called for a car. Hot tub was out of service for our entire week there. A couple of very minor maintenance items popped up, but nothing that really affected our stay. Overall, I would not hesitate to book another stay here.

Even though they cleaned the rooms every other day, they consistently did not leave us enough towels. There were two people in the room and we had to ask for extra towels every time.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The room was a Queen double beds with plenty of room for three people. The parking was not as expected. It is $48 per overnight and you have no choice but to use their valet service. I overheard a lot of inccoming vistiros complain about it. The pool was dirty and chairs really stained. Pool area not well maintained and hot tub is out of service for rest of the year. It was very noisy due to outside noise. Thye also helpo $150 on my card for incidental and have not returned it yet; it is still on hold with my bank.

Property was clean and nice. We had a very spacious junior suite with balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is also very nice although the hot tub looked like it needed some help all in all that we really thought the place was great for its location and price I'd recommend it.

I liked how walkable we were to everything. I didn't like that my sheets were dirty upon arrival, and had to request that they be changed. That parking isn't included with your stay, and that you charged $48 a day and not let that be told upfront. I don't like that a security deposit is also asked for at the time of check in, that should be disclosed when a guest is booking their stay. I really feel like those issues should be addressed so that guest can plan there stay better. Some people live on a budget and don.t like surprises.

Wonderful hotel, literally in walking distance of everything downtown Savannah will definitely be coming here again, but if you want a quiet hotel, this is not it cause it’s literally right in the middle of everything so definitely has some noise outside 24/7

The staff was kind,helpful,I had a bad experience in my room locked in the bathroom,no phone or medical devices to pull.Phones weren't working in the room. I found out the room was just renovated,because of a flood in the room.
