The room was outdated, the bathroom door had no lock, and the door handle fell off twice.Noise was a major issue. The downstairs area was very loud, and our room shared a connecting door with neighbors. We could clearly hear their kids shouting and talking until late at night. The hallway also constantly smelled marijuana. Additionally, the front desk was unhelpful. They charged $38/day for parking and claimed they didn't know about other options. In reality, there is a $5/day weekend lot just a 3-minute walk away. Won’t stay here again.

The front desk works where awesome!
-
Nice breakfast and the front desk staff were great!
-
$38 parking charge that was not informed before booking online. Shower and carpets dirty. Wifi didn’t work. Would not recommend.
-
Great location! Very friendly and accommodating staff. The luggage carts are an inconvenience though. Everything else was satisfactory
-
The room was remodeled beautifully! The front end staff was professional and friendly! There was no visitor parking not even for thirty minutes or an hour! What I could get of the breakfast was good but every morning it was scraps and when several people asked about bacon the attendant was heard saying I'm not killing myself over no Damn bacon!!!

Need to clean the hotel up. Dirty parking lot and stairwell.
-
Our room was very clean and well organized. When we opened the door to the room, you could smell a clean fragrance with bleach and other cleaning supplies which made us feel very good. The hotel is convenient to many of the new shops in that end of the Riverwalk Street

Staff was great. Outside property needs love. Trash and lots of spills. Needs a landscape team. Photos made us think this was a full hotel. It is a motel. Breakfast was good. Pool needed cleaning.
-
The only thing. I liked was where it was located otherwise the place needs an overhaul the air conditioning didn’t work the carpet was smelly and needed to be replaced the staff needs training!!!

This place gone down from my last visit 2 years ago. Most of the outdoor trash cans full ed with trash from the day before. You can smell spoil food coming from them. Big trash bin that they use when cleaning the room not empty left out in the open. Stairwell and steps look like they had not been clean in a month. Wi-fi out in all room except the lobby area. When it raining Direct TV goes out in all rooms except the lobby (I didn't understand that). I tried calling the lobby for two days never got anyone. All rooms have carpet or rug which need to be clean with a streaming machine (you can see the dirty areas really bad). The door hanger for the bathroom left door came off and you can see where someone had tried to fix it (need a new door). They change the breakfast hours to 7:00 clock from 6:00 am Monday - Friday. I didn't care for the food on the first day not American breakfast. Eggs didn't look good, had some season chicken and corn beef hash, French toast (this was not an America breakfast). Grits was not cook done and no muffins. Second day breakfast was America breakfast (Eggs well cook, bacon, cut up red potatoes and that corn beef hash again and muffins). third day didn't have breakfast due time changed from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM had to get on the road but I did get me a great #2 breakfast from Burger King. This place has gone down bad for me to stay there anymore.

The staff did their job but their customer services left a lot to be desired. The water temperature in the room could have been better. I was there for a conference and it was inconvenient to wait 15 minutes to take a shower.
-
Very comfortable beds nice and quiet. Just steps from River Street and City Market. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay again
-
Great place very cheap and close to all the great tourist spots
-
Wifi was down and useless
-
The rooms are right on the Main Street and street racing with cars and motorcycles all night meant no sleep. Very loud music also. It was worse the Fantasy Fest in Key West. I won’t ever repeat.
-
Clean rooms, cold A/C and overall a nice stay!
-
I have been coming to this hotel since the year 2014, & my husband has been staying here in the Savanah Best Weston many years before he knew me< we both love it here and won't stay at any other hotel

Th woman at the front desk was fabulous. Always at the desk, never had to wait. I wish I knew her name. She was not the temporary but the other woman. Although the temp was nice as well. Absolutely beautiful room, i was not expecting how nice it was.

The location being a block from the river is the ONLY selling point. The parking lot welcomes you with a huge pothole, bottomed out my car. The lobby was small and crowded, but the women at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. Then I got my room. The seal around the door was a joke. The ac was not able to adequately cool the room. There were stains on the sheets, and I had to deal with a large roach, and 2 spiders. The floor boards had gaps, the roof in the bathroom was leak stained. This is without question the worst best western I’ve ever seen, and that lead me to leave instead of staying. I can’t recommend you NOT STAY HERE strong enough.
