Friendly staff Very heavily smoked room, when I booked a non-smoking room. Heavily stained and cigarette-burned bed sheets. Pillows smelled thoroughly of smoke. had a lasting headache from these issues the entire 48 hr stay. Worst motel quality I’ve had in my 4+ decades.

Nothing Completely unsafe. FILTHY. Run down. There was mold in the bathroom. The toilet wasn’t fastened to the floor. The list goes on and on

The fact they asked for a deposit and I was told I couldn't have any visitors

I don't usually do these reviews, but I just had to speak up about this place so others can avoid this place. This would be an absolute last resort, and even then you still may want to consider sleeping outside in the woods with no cover, no tent, no water, no anything. For the price, we were NOT expecting a 4 star hotel, but we weren't expecting what this place is either. We've gotten rooms for cheaper that came with a much better quality than this place. Everything...from the horrible cleanliness of the room, to the lack of hot water. There was only 1 set of towels in the room for 2 people. The room had bugs and for it to be a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had set-up in the room and smoked a carton of cigarettes and just left them all burning. The covers on the bed even had burnt marks on them as well. Again, we were not expecting this to be a top tier hotel, but it looks NOTHING like the pictures and truthfully I don't have any words for how terrible the place was. Wished we had taken some photos to show just how the rooms actually looked, because the pictures will definitely fool you into believing you're going to be staying somewhere decent when in fact it's not even close. Trust me when I say you would be much better off sleeping under a bridge than to attempt to stay here. I think that's why the sign at the front desk clearly reads NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES because they know that the average person is going to want their money back because they would NOT want to stay here. I am NOT one who tries to bash anyone's business, because I am always proud of anyone who's trying to make it. However, clearly they are not even trying to do good with this place and they know you won't be able to get a refund because they have it posted at the front desk. Which means once your money is spent then they've got it whether you stay there or not.

honestly. just that it was 10 mins from downtown it was dirty and run down burn holes in the curtains, all over the sheets and blankets we killed 16 roaches in 2 days complained to the staff and they basically laughed and said we could either deal with it or leave.

it was not too expensive their was someone else’s beard clippings in the sink. the sink he’s not been cleaned. there was no hot water for a shower.
