Wingate by Wyndham Savannah/Pooler

The room was clean. The staff very nice and welcoming. My only complaint was the pool needs to be scrubbed. It smelled ok. But you could tell that with all the rain it hadn’t been cleaned good.

Breakfast was fine, nothing to go crazy over. Would be improved with some better qualify/fresher food. Gym is barebones and a treadmill and exercise bike did not work. Some dumbbells are missing too.

We enjoyed the hotel, especially seeing armadillos and the alligator sign. The room was clean & comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.

Bed sheets had stains on them. We got the worse possible room with 3 kids. Very noisy right beside the lobby and washroom. Our shower didn’t even have a shower curtain. Breakfast was 2/10. We stayed one night due to travelling but we will never choose this hotel again.

The building is in bad need of a refresh. The rug in the hotel lobby is torn around the edges. My room had a reddish looking slime where the back wall of the tug meets the tub. This is poor housekeeping since I was able to rub some of it off without a cleanser. The paint on the edges of the bathroom mirror is coming off. Someone manually attempted to hand repaint the toilet seat. Water pressure for flushing the toilet was weak. The guest rooms do NOT have local channels on the televisions. The was a major disappointment and should be disclosed on the booking site. I've never in my 35 plus years of business or personal travel been in a hotel that blocked out local TV channels.

The room was not as advertised. I selected this room because it had a roll in shower and shower seat for my wife. The room had a bath tub and no seat. We were told the seat was removed because people were getting hurt. This was a stupid excuse. How would a handicap person take a shower without the seat and again in was not a roll in shower. A staff member looked at it the next day and immediately said it was the wrong room. We were offered a seat when we were checking out and we told them it was too late then. We paid for a bathroom with and open roll in shower and did not get it. We should get at the least a partial refund of our money. Also we were told the manager would callus on Monday and we have not got a call. Wrong room and poor treatment

The room was nice. We stayed here previously and fell in love with the room we had. This time around we had the exact same room which was nice.

Hotel has roaches. Beware!!!! Has to stay somewhere else and was not refunded for my stay. Front desk lied and said I would be refunded and I was not! Not good at all! Very upset!

great for a one night stay , near I95 , breakfast was doable as well.

This was a quick overnight stay but the property is in good shape and the bed very comfortable. Pool looked good as well as the workout area. I would stay again.

Property was clean, check-in front desk staff was courteous at 3 am arrival due to delayed flight. Breakfast options limited, juice machine was out. The room smelled really bad. Tub was slippery did not find rubber mat. No coffee in room nor bottled water. Although they told me I could leave at 12:30 pm next day no extra charge, they were calling me and knocking at my door at 11 am asking me to leave saying the check-in clerk did not note it. Not sure I will stay again here but for the price it was ok.

The rooms had a smell to it. It smelled like it was mildewed and it was hard for me to sleep like that. I kept spraying Lysol trying to get the smell out. I woke up early so that I could get some fresh air and we checked out at 10

The room was pretty clean, could use some updating. Housekeeping apparently only comes in on third day so we asked at second day for towels, garbage pickup but no one showed up. It was nice and quite best part.
