Clean spacious room, great staff and big enough parking lot, well legs breakfast buffet

Hotel had 2nd floor under construction, our floor had been completed, room looked great but had a musty odor. Tvs were new, front desk had no idea how they worked and how to get stations. Pool was outdoors and completely empty.

They were working on the floor below us, resulting in an occasional noisy moment, but that's understandable.

Loud noise all night, no coffee pot, minimal furniture, breakfast was very limited.

The staff was very nice and accommodating

Well I booked the hotel for the shuttle bus and the pool. When when i arrived at the airport the shuttle but was not in service so I had to pay for a cab $20.00. When I got to the hotel they refused to reimburse me for the cab ride then I asked about the pool and they said the hotel is under renovation so there is no pool open. When I got to the room and we started getting settled, we noticed a roach on the floor. I videotaped it, but it was late in the evening. We got back in from hanging out and got up the next day and there was another roach in the room when I was checking out they asked me how my stay was. I said terrible because of the shuttle bus and the hotel with no pool and to make it even worse to have roaches in my room, she says to me oh, those are not roaches after I showed the video their water bugs. Water bugs are black and these roaches were brown. I am from New York and I know what a roach looks like so I would have to say my stay at this hotel was not good at all. I won’t be staying there ever again and I would really like to have my reimbursement of my $20 that I had to pay from from the airport.

Location to outlet shopping and downtown Savannah. Breakfast was included. Hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed without advance communication.

Needs updating. Breakfast is just ok

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was attractive, well-equipped, and offered plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of choices. The bedding was very comfortable.

It was represented that the hotel offered free shuttle service to the Savannah Airport beginning at 5:00 am. However, when I inquired about the shuttle at check-in, I was told that the shuttle service was not available until 8:00 am. Therefore, I had to pay for an Uber to make my flight. Beware that early shuttle service is not provided at this property. The property is also currently undergoing a significant renovation project.

I like the new rooms, but having to change rooms mid-stay was a bit hectic. Everyone was helpful.

The staff were all very good, breakfast was above average compared to hotels that I go to, the pool was closed for forever, ( I didn’t care) it was quiet, the beds were comfortable. I liked it and would stay again, and we had 3 dogs that we could walk out behind the hotel, they provided a very nice dog toy at the front desk. It was close to 95 but I couldn’t hear the traffic, and I never heard 1 plane overhead even though I thought it was an airport hotel.

Very clean, the gentleman that I spoke to when I left was very nice!!!

Staff were wonderful. My only problem was the pool not just being closed, but doing away with. Memorial Day weekend wanted pool time.
