Everything was clean and smelling good the only thing I didnt have was a microwave in the room No microwave

The location. This hotel is renovating. Theres a constant smell of paint. The mattresses are very firm. The HVAC system is extremely loud. The USB charging ports in the room didnt work.

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and recently renovated which was a huge plus!. The Pull out was brand new. The location is near the outlet mall which was a perk to run and grab something but there was tons of traffic noted several times when traveling to our destination, It was not an inconvenient. The staff was very friendly. This was a great 2-night stay. The only issue was the kitchen was under construction, they still served breakfast but it was a major eyesore, the carpet on our second floor look brand new but seemed to be only a cover, the floor beneath felt very uneven which could cause ADA issues and our room door had a gap which was noticed in the other rooms on our floor, maybe the renovations causes a shift in the leveling. Those items can be remedied.

Staff was pleasant. High rate, hotel under construction, room was not completely furnished. Should have been advised that renovations were underway and paid top dollar. Very poor expectation. I will not consider booking.com in the future. The hotel should make customers aware of construction etc

I had an excellent stay… since I was riding a new motorcycle I had called the manager of the hotel to find out what kind of parking they have available. They explained that the parking area was just outside, but they had zero problems with break-ins or anything. He also explained that the hotel was under renovation and the first war was closed off. They still had the morning breakfast, but the restaurant was closed. However, there was a very nice restaurant next-door, which we used. We had a great stay and would be more than happy to return to the hotel. I had wanted to stay down in the historic district of Savannah, but when checking on parking, I found out that that was pretty iffy to say the least the JW Marriott power had valet parking, but they couldn’t accommodate motorcycles. Said I would have to use one of the city parking garages after going downtown at night on my motorcycle. There was no way I would’ve left my bike down there glad I went to the Hyatt…

Hotel was being renovated so to be expected with everything going on. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, which resulted in a lot of noise during my stay. I was also disappointed by the lack of basic in-room amenities—there was no coffee maker, iron, microwave , or complimentary bottled water. Given the disruption from the construction, I would have expected better amenities and communication to make the stay more comfortable.

Pool was not working.

This hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It is not a good time to stay here. My room was incomplete: no door jambs on closet; no dresser or place to store clothes; three hangers in closet; no luggage stand; no iron; no ironing board. It had a bed, one chair at a high top table, and a bed with two small, round end table. Shall I go on? The property is dusty and noisy. I overheard many guests complaining. I just needed an overnight stop while I traveled so I wasn’t as disappointed as the business travelers or vacationers that are staying there for days. Maybe it’ll be nice once they are done, but I would stay away for the tome-being.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very nice and clean. There wasn't a hair dryer. I had to go to Walmart to buy one. An expense I shouldn't have had to make.

Location My room had roaches

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for quite some time and I hope it stays that way.
