Great service

Clean comfortable bed enjoyed my stay.

Elevator was broken, humid rooms, things falling off the walls, front desk was nice.

The staff is always wonderful. Unfortunately, the elevator and ice machine were out of order. The room was neat.

The breakfast was fine, but still need a little more improvement but everything else about to stay was very excellent. I will go back again.

This was by far the worst hotel ever stayed. Walked in the lobby after a long drive and smelled like strong deodorizer. Was told the elevators were down and have been down for a month. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs back and forth with luggage. The hallways wreaked of the worst odor deodorizer and weed. The hotel was old and dirty. Walked in the room and was disgusting, filthy bathroom and only had sheet on the beds., no blanket. I have allergies and could not sleep or breathe all night due to the deodorizer used in the room. I could not even take a shower because the shower floor was filthy. I read the reviews from previous people, saying it was good. The people must be used to staying in filth and smelly hotels! I wish I could upload the pictures to see for yourself (it will not let me upload any photos). Do yourself a favor, do not stay at this hotel! Isn’t worth $25 for a night.

The room smelled like cat and the bed felt wet. Also has a mildew smell. Would not recommend.

I was also disappointed that the pool was unavailable, as it was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to book this hotel. Between the elevator being out, the lack of pool access, and the broken ice machine, the overall guest experience did not meet my expectations. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but having several key amenities unavailable at the same time significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.

Lastly, above neighbor inconsiderate of neighbor below with kids running and jumping. Third day we had to call the front desk.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, location friendly to Savannah, restaurants, and shopping. Every so often you can hear a plane take off but not overly annoying. Staff is helpful and courteous. Offering egg-whites would be a benefit to those that have to eat eggs prepared that way.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was OK. The staff was nice but was not more informative. We were deceived thinking that we would get to enjoy hot tub and swimming pool which was closed down due to maintenance issues. That was very disappointing to us.

The hotel, staff & room was great, there was only one thing that didn't sit right with us, the week we we're there the power took out the elevator that's what was stated and it still wasn't working after our 4 day stay, now we have physical problems that make traveling up and down stairs a bit difficult but hey we understand stuff happens but our trip would have been just a bit better if the elevator was repaired

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast fresh, staff friendly! The only issue was the elevators werent working.

The only thing I liked about the property was how nice the housekeepers were and how they came and cleaned the bathroom when we requested it. We had complain that we're not addressed. All the front desk said was my manger is not here yet and when the manager was there I was asleep during to working nights. I finally saw the manager and had to ask him three times was he the manager before he responded and he then said yes. I told him about his the lamp was missing the wall cord, the shower was leaking out on to the bathroom floor. The water pressure was EXTREMELY low especially when trying to use the hot water. It got to the point where it would drizzle out mid shower. There was a box of condoms under the pull out sofa. We're not sure whether it was empty or not. When I shower the picture of it to the front desk, his response was, "what is that?" I just looked at him and said, "CONDOMS!". His response, "Oh". The thermostat didn't work. It was extremely cold in there. I turned on the heat to 90° &. it never got above 68° felt like 60°. He did however offer us another room but it was more of an inconvenience to move all of our things than to move . THR ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING! HAD NOT FOR WEEKS. When I spoke to the manager he said he:d be up in five minutes to take care of us and get things fixed. We never saw him again after checking out a few days later! No follow up. No follow through. Being that we worked over night it was a huge inconvenience to not be helped at all!!!

Elevator is out of order. Front desk attendant was less than pleasant. Sofa bed had dirty sheets and the mattress was grossly stained.staff was outside on patio furniture smoking.

Very clean, safe area, nice size room. Breakfast was great.

After driving 6 plus hours from south Florida I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub that I saw on the website. The pool and hot tub were closed down, no explanation given. The power had gone out so the elevators were not working. The staff does not greet you and is not very helpful. We will not be staying there again.
