Fast check in and very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and new or updated.

The customer service was great! The front desk staff as well as the staff during breakfast were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well! The cleanliness. The first room we had the tub/shower was not cleaned all the way. We were moved to another room where the shower wasn’t much better and they’re was a huge red stain on the floor right beside the bed. We found a piece of trash beside the bed.

We had trouble with the key card to our door, others did as well. The staff at the front desk was not super on their customer service. The lady who works the free breakfast was genuinely nice and welcoming to everyone, she was the best thing at the property!

Although the pool was very clean, the water was freezing

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet. Management helped with WiFi. Would stay here again. Nice place and convenient to eating establishments and shopping.

2nd time staying there. Awesome service. Room was clean. Slept very well. 100% recommend.

Nice pool & yummy breakfast! The door was difficult to open! Fruit was under sink in bathroom, candy under table between beds, coffee spilled on counter, & pull out sofa-bed was dirty! We told front desk, but no one came to clean! We could not get a price reduction because we used a third party to book & the hotel was full so we couldn’t change rooms!

Stay was overnight for travel to a cruise. The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodated all needs. Location is easy off the interstate and breakfast was lots of great options.

We stayed here one night. It is about 2 minutes from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful with a great suggestion for dinner. The room was a nice size and very clean. The breakfast, however, was amazing and very delicious. They had so many choices, so it got our day off to a great start. The coffee....each cup is ground just for you. Delicious! I would highly recommend!

Didn’t get a chance to stay there. Didn’t like the fact I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower, paid in full, 2 months before the trip. Got there and was told the room wasn’t available and that the people before me in the room had extended their stay. Drove 6 an a half hours to find out I didn’t have a room. Then I had to find another hotel but was charged more than what I had already paid.

Great location for our Savannah trip. Easton get to the heart of Savannah. Very very clean and well maintained property.
