Particularly there was a young lady who was very accommodating and hospitable.

Big clean room

My flight was 7:00 am and I wanted to get to the airport at 5. I asked the shuttle schedule at the front desk, and he said it will start at 5 and no guarantee when the driver will be at the hotel. I was told taking at 5 is fine as the Savanna airport is small and not busy. The next morning, a different person at the front desk said I was supposed to make a reservation for the shuttle which I was not mentioned it. Luckily, she helped me for the reservation quickly, and I made it to the flight. Thank you so much for her! Phew.

Friendly staff, basic but tasty breakfast buffet with generous hours and decent coffee/tea. Basic but clean rooms with plenty of pillows, comfortable mattresses, and strong AC. Didn’t use the pool but neat that there was one. Airport shuttle was a life saver early morning - note you are supposed to reserve the shuttle in advance! Oops I didn’t realize, but the shuttle driver showed up quickly anyway and saved us from a long Uber wait. :) Lots of hotels in the vicinity but the low price and shuttle make this one a standout.

Convenient location near the airport. Room was clean and the hotel was near plenty of restaurants.

It is a budget hotel with a simple breakfast, adjust your expectations accordingly. The room was clean, nice, the bed was comfortable and location is very convenient.

Not that clean. No coffee in room. Not much at breakfast.

The breakfast was minimal no eggs no grits no toast only Bagels no mixed fruit. Only apples and oranges.

5/21/26-5/25/26 The pool was out of order and there was water shut off one day but the staff was nice and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was decent.

Check in was quick and painless!! Location is convenient to EVERYTHING

This hotel was taken over by Hilton. But poorly maintained. Rooms were ok, tv didn’t work in one of our rooms. One of the rooms was out of conditioner, when we called down, they said come and get it yourself, A/C went down, had to reset it several times. Staff was over all were rude, other than the gentleman that checked us in. Would not recommend with the other choices in this area.

The parking and inside lobby was clean and tidy.The staff friendly and attentive but the elevators and the hallways and carpets were dirty and it had a stale smell in the hallways.Not very clean but the inside of the room was clean and tidy.The bed was comfortable and AC was working perfectly fine.I don’t know if I will return there.

The rooms are very clean, I'll recommend this place and I will book it again.

It was just Ok there are multiple hotels in the line mostly prices are closed to that breakfast was not hot even did @9am EV charging station both needs to be fixed down for multiple days

I had stayed before and requested the same room, which I loved. They made sure I had it. The only issue I had this time was for 2 nights after requesting both on Friday and Saturday for towels, etc to be left in my room, I never got them. We had spent the days at the beach and came back to shower. We went to front desk to let them know and they told me they didn't have any. I told them we had to have something, we have sand on us. The one girl went and got me some pool towels. I had to use the pool towels as a wash cloth and to dry off on. One day, ok..but 2 days after requesting. Same thing the second night, we were not in a great mood that second night coming back and nothing. Got us 2 pool towels. The front desk didn't act like it was a big deal. I thought I was going to have to go buy some. Monday it was different and they came to my door early and ask me what I needed. This was a disappointment for the hotel not to have any clean towels etc for their guests over the weekend. They should always keep some behind the desk for people in case something like this were to happen. Everything else was great. Rooms seemed cleaned. Check in area was clean. Thank you!
