Great location on water on both sides. Breakfast area particularly nice with real dishes and utensils. No paper plates.

For a brand new hotel, the rooms were very nice, however, there were crumbs snd hair on the carpet in the room. It was also obvious that the hallway had not been vacuumed. Very disappointing when you pay $--- for a room. breakfast was less than mediocre.

Our king room was spotless, and the walk in shower was beautiful. Everything looked new. The only negative for us was the only trash can was in the bathroom, wish they had one in the bedroom area as well. (But that’s just nitpicking) We won’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Bar was closed both nights so no drinks or small plates available, had to go out to eat or buy junk near front desk. I know the place is new, it’s my second time there,( bar was open back in May ) hope they can improve.

The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, clean amenities, and the overall attention to detail. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing excellent service.

Nice quiet overnight stay. Outside of fire alarm going off from unfortunate circumstances, we would absolutely stay again!

While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. What's the point of that if the messages state its coming from the hotel itself? Even so we booked 2 rooms and asked if we could even checkout at 12 for one of the rooms and leave the other room by 11am and they were still unwilling to accommodate.

Stayed with the family. Room was spacious with full kitchen and a living area. Very clean and courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. The room was facing the river. I’d definitely go back again.
