We checked in, put everything in our room, and then left to eat dinner. When I closed the door, I checked it to make sure it locked behind me. It did not lock. I tried several times, and it would not lock. We were moved to another room. Later that night in our new room, I went to take a shower and realized there was no shower curtain in the room. I had to request one at the front desk and put it up myself. We stayed four nights. We reused our towels on day two, but on day three we put the used towels in the hall so that we could get new towels. We got back to the room at the end of the day, and there were no new towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to request more. The same night, we ran out of toilet paper. Most hotel rooms have at least one spare roll. Ours did not. I went back to the front desk and was told that the entire hotel was out of toilet paper and there would not be any more until at least 10 PM. We made due, and I got some more the next morning. All in all, the hotel was nice enough, conveniently located, and priced well, but these things I mentioned above were pretty basic things that I feel like shouldn't be a problem when you're spending over $120 per night on a hotel.

Not the managers fault but our restroom didnt have towels nor was it in great cleaning condition when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We got to the hotel and found out there was a “glitch” in “the system” and our reservation was canceled. We were not notified by the hotel or by Expedia. It left us driving around after 11pm with our kids with no place to stay. Thankfully a lady at a hotel next door helped us find a room. But it was 30 minutes away in another town and very far away from the place we needed to be at 7:30 the next morning. Called and talked to Expedia’s help people who were no help at all. Will not use this hotel or Expedia anymore.

Rooms are clean, bed are clean and AC worked great. The lobby smells a little like cigarettes BUT the rooms do not.

The location was pretty good for food, stores,and getting to the places I needed to go. There were ROACHES in the room we stayed in.

Coming for work: the staff was welcoming and friendly and the property was clean and perfect for what I needed, quiet... Thank you.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites close to our house because our home's AC was out. We were very pleased with the location and the room. The woman at the front desk was super nice, the room was very clean and had everything we needed.

The room was clean . Plenty of parking. Staff was excellent. The hotel was quiet. I saved the hotel # because I will stay again.

Functional place to stay, if you get the room with the sofa sleeper you'll have more space for the family.

Never never never stay there. Front desk support were useless. Didn't know anything refused to help.

Our room was clean, huge with all the amenities and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. It was close to our kids and grandkids and other things. We would most definitely stay here again.
