The breakfast, staff and room were great! Was there for a full week and the whole time it sounded like a herd of elephants was running around above me.

Proximity to my destination The room smelled like cigarettes but tolerated

The room was clean as well as the hotel but for the first night there after a long trip we had no hot water for a shower & they did not adjust our cost for that.

The room was clean and ready to be used. We had a couch bed room for a 3rd person, Do ask for the extra couch bed and towel needs in advance when booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best on our whole trip at this location than anywhere else we stayed all week. They have the Texas waffle machine and so much variety fresh put out. I was impressed with their breakfast bar. Room was clean and over all building clean and smelled nice. If ever in Shertz, this will be our family go to place to stay from now on.
