Excellent stay at this property. They have established a winning culture on their team! Shana is a gem at the front desk! Aozjinae (sp?) is a great hostess! Happen to meet the GM, Carlos, and he’s a great leader! Updated property, great attention to detail and they are constantly cleaning! You guys have something special here!

This location was very clean. You can tell the employees take pride in their work. During our brief stay we saw employees at work maintaining the hotel and ensuring it was clean and presentable.

We had a great stay at The Shertz Hampton Inn. The room was super clean and comfortable! The staff is super nice and responsive! The breakfast was wonderful!!

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, I have actually stayed at a Hampton Inn twice before. I will be in the area next month and will stay there again. The young lady (Shana) who checked me in at the front desk is so polite and extremely helpful. I have no complaints, only compliments. Thank you for a pleasant stay at the Schertz Hampton Inn.
