The room was clean There was Nooooo parking, literally, had to park at Chili's next door. Everything was being renovated, the breakfast was served NOT in the lobby but the meeting room because it was being renovated so it was packed. They should Emphasize that on the stay. Never again.

Clean and comfortable. Large walk in shower. The bed placement in the room was awkward and not facing the TV. They are going through renovations and the lobby was closed so we had to go find a side door to enter, but it’s going to be very nice when they finish.

Our TV did not work—wouldn’t even turn on. Heard from other guests that theirs didn’t work either. We expect better from Hampton. This place Was not at par with other Hamptons we have stayed at in the past. Very disappointing.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The A/C was blowing cold upon arrival and was a great treat after a long day outside.

Spacious room with sofa and clean facilities. Great staff and breakfast. The beds had worn springs that didn’t provide support. The tvs were outdated and the remote were difficult to use. The buttons wouldn’t work.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee. A/C unit worked very well.

Had several days of no hot water. Very frustrating!

The room was very spacious for our family of 5. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice and very helpful. We always have great experience with this hotel chain. Would recommend to others!

My biggest gripe is the shower. Upon arrival we were given a Handicap room. The problem with the room was the shower fixture wasn't functioning properly. It needs to be fixed or replaced. Ps the toilet paper is subpar.
