Very good

Multiple issues going on here but staff was excellent with dealing with each. Elevator went down and power went out in room while using microwave. They practice a "3 day cleaning policy" which I didn't find out until I ran out of towels and had to go to the front desk to get more.

Hotel is dirty and run down. It needs serious deep cleaning and maintenance.

All was well except take your own personal hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Only 1 elevator was working, and it seemed as if we would get stuck.

First of all, the fridge in the room was not working. At the time of check in, they said it was a fifty dollar deposit and I was supposed to get back and I haven’t received my deposit back. I only stayed for one night. We only used the room to sleep and that was it. Why is it that it takes to long for the refund of the deposit?

Check in was seamless, only problem I had was, I requested a roll out bed that never came.

Room was clean just didn’t like how thin the sheets were and they didn’t have enough big towels to give . Breakfast was 10/10. Very clean. Air conditioning was amazing. Worked very well. Didn’t really interact with staff alot but checking in and checking out was a breeze

Very nice location. Walking distance to some restaurants & Walmart! Breakfast was good. No hot water in bathroom sink. Overall good stay!!

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very nice and professional. The breakfast was well setup with numerous options. My room was very well prepared and clean. Ill definitely be back on my next trip through. Good price for an excellent location, too.

In my 3 night stay my room wasn’t cleaned one time. I’m not talking about a full bed strip down, but basic housekeeping duties such as trash being taken out or clean towels being left. I understand that not all housekeeping is done daily, but I would expect the trash to be taken out and towels to be replenished at by the 3rd day, but no. The poor gentlemen who worked the front desk were awesome in attempting to accommodate everyone’s needs. I really felt sorry for them

No breakfast made. Was told from Front Desk that they didn't have none.

It was nice and clean except no internet to 4th floor had grandkids going crazy because they couldn't play on the tablet

The lobby was clean when you first walk in. But once you start walking you can see dust caked onto the walls. Got to the elevators and only one was working and I feel like it was barely working. Get to the room and it had some type of smell. The floor in the bathroom you could see where they did a horrible job trying to cut tile. The bed was hard as a rock so didn’t get much sleep. Couldn’t watch the television cause the sound it was on is what stayed on couldn’t turn it up or down from the remote. Couldn’t even turn the tv off from either remote as well. Went to swim but the pool was nasty and I wasn’t about to get in that. Wish there would have been better breakfast option. I think y’all at least need individual milk for cereal instead of a gallon that everyone has access to. I do not recommend staying here.
