Everyone was kind. The room was far from luxury but it was decent, however we had to fight with the sink each morning and evening when brushing our teeth because the sinks kept clogging which was frustrating- and even more so for how expensive everything is.

Loved my stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! A beautiful resort, gorgeous landscaping, and enticing, crystal clear swimming pools. Excellent customer service, professional Spa Team, and friendly staff. My room was well appointed, with attention to detail, clean, awesome views, and with great amenities. All the restaurants served excellent cuisine and the resort’s shops had something for everyone. The Spa is world class, a vast menu of treatments to choose from, very relaxing and soothing. The Gold Lounge in the Casitas was a treat for me! Easy and fast travel to and from the airport. I look forward to my next vacation at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with spotless, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. One of the biggest perks was the convenient shuttle service to the TPC golf course, which made getting around effortless. We visited over the Fourth of July for Freedom Fest, and it exceeded every expectation. The live concerts, spectacular fireworks, incredible drone show, fun jumpers for families, and the vintage air show made for an unforgettable celebration. This was truly an amazing experience and a bucket-list trip for us. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable getaway!

Beautiful property, well maintained... it's just that we had several issues with the elevators not working. And as a wheelchair user, there was no signage to direct you to one that was working.
-
The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.
-
The restaurants were wonderful and the amenities wre 1st class. Whole 4th of July celebration was outstanding. Will definitely go back.

As always Fairmont princess takes guest care to the next level.

Property and pools were beautiful! Amenities, restaurants, and shopping were amazing. Spa was beautiful and relaxing, one of the best massages ever! Fireworks and pool movies at night was great. Loved our stay and will be back. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff!
-
Great place staff was amazing and friendly.
-
Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms.

Everything was top-notch. I did not use any amenities other than the Princess Pool.

Beautiful property The most courtesy staff I have ever experienced.

1. Shower hot water was difficult to use. 2. Staff relatively unhelpful with early checkin. 3. Housecleaning poor with leaving door to adjacent room unlocked, trying to enter room to clean with little or no notice before 8am. 4. Difficult non-existent parking for checkin and guests. 5. Poor maps and directions for room and restaurant locations. 6. Poor locations for restaurant and bar resources. 7. Generally front desk staff not up to standard of a five star hotel.
