Nice hotel

Parking fee ? I didn't think a parking fee was necessary

2nd room was nice however there was a burrito in the microwave that had been there awhile. The tub spout was loose and diverter for shower did not work well. All in all staff was cordial. Pool was clean and laundry facilities were a nice amenity but never mentioned at check in. This hotel is centrally located in Scottsdale making everything we needed to get to with in minutes. Breakfast was included and an average selection of items. Coffee was amazing! Everything we needed in a room. Will stay again.

At multiple visits over a few months it was noted that the very good cleaning/sanitizing mopping of the floor immediately adjacent to the breakfast eating area started about 1/2 to one hour before breakfast service was over, sending a strong industrial chemical odor wafting over the last half hour or so of breakfast eaters, not conducive to enjoying a hearty breakfast...Just poor scheduling of the task I believe. By the way, the breakfast is very good as are the ones overseeing the eating area.

Pool, staff , breakfast.. it just sucks to pay for parking at a hotel you're aready are paying to stay.

She had it when I drove back from the airport. Didn't appreciate her attitude.

The room was wonderful and very clean. The location was good and staff was great. It was easy to check in and out and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. Bed was pretty comfortable also. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again in the future.

Check In was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast Options were great. Pool was clean and maintained well.

More flexible for different kinds of travelers.

Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily

Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff

I accidentally left my brick for my charger for my iPhone at a previous appt. and asked the front desk if I could borrow one they said they didn't have any bricks or chargers but offered no options. Apparently, the outlet in my room on the office side had the ability to have my charger directly into it. I ran around trying to figure out how to remedy this and bought one at the AT&T store which they did not direct me to. Came back and realized I didn't need to do any of that. I could have just used the jack in the room.

Traveled with family! Location was great! Room space & everything about the room was amazing! Close to a lot of things. Amenities amazing!

The Staff was helpful and great! All the way around from front desk to the chefs with the breakfast.
