Nothing at all the staff are very rude and unprofessional The wasn’t to rip you off for your money for tours of the hotel dosent try to accommodate you for nothing

There was a pocket door not working when we arrived and they said it could only now be fixed when the unit was not occupied but we dealt with it!

Big room. Swimming pool is amazing

We rented two villas, they were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. One of the villas smelled a bit old, like old hotel smell.

I loved that there was a full kitchen and laundry, easy parking, check in was easy and friendly etc but the room was well below my standards. Later I received a call asking if I’d like to sign up as a travel member. They definitely didn’t communicate as my response was “absolutely not”.

We have stayed there 2 times now. Signature rooms are a little better. But the smell in the rooms is gross. Not sure what it is coming from. Maybe sewer? Room is decently cleaned but a little wear and tear. Pools are nice. Family friendly for sure. But gets frat party style on Saturday evenings. Just wished the restaurant had more entertainment going on. Love the girls at the marketplace coffee shop / breakfast stop they’re very sweet. The crafting for the kids is super nice too.

The resort has multiple pools and water park bar and restaurant Well located near shopping and grocery stores

We had a really great time. I can’t complain. Everyone was nice. The room was nice. The pools were nice. The property was very well maintained. Everything was nice.

The whole resort was great. Everybody was nice.

3rd party restaurant breakfast was inedible. Pancakes were good, but not worth the cost. The resort was amazing helping us with our issues. The rooms and property are beautiful. If you have small children be aware there are height restrictions for the slides. Bumpy start but good finish.
