The staff was friendly and checked us in early! The pools are crowded but kids have fun!

Love this hotel so much, 5 pools, tons of kid-friendly activities daily. Hot tubs! Restaurant service definitely could use some serious help and training, very unprofessional and we preferred ordering to-go and eating in our room. Bar was good and bar tenders were great. Minus the restaurant 10/10 this was our second time and we will be back for next year for sure.

Kids pool was perfect for my 3yr old and my 7yr old. The slides were fun for my older kids!

Room was very spacious. We had a room by the adult pool (which was a bonus). If i come back to Arizona, I would definitely stay here.

Liked that the villas had a full kitchen with all the kitchen necessities, loved everything about this resort. 10/10 would recommend

It’s a very family friendly hotel. We loved the idea that our room was just a short walk from the pool and breakfast area, which made everything very convenient. The room was kept clean.

It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The pools were all clean and warm, the room was larger than we expected and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The idea of the property is nice. We swam in the pool when it opened but it got really gross as the day went on. There is a Mexican restaurant, which gave us water with bugs in it. The kids activity center was great and clean. But, everything else (restaurant, rooms) needs a good cleaning.

Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. Beautiful property to walk around and many different amenities to enjoy.

Our villa was clean and spacious (minus the mosquitoes, could have been handled better) with a well stocked kitchen and towels/pillows etc. The pools are fun and totally added to our experience. Centrally located to everything we needed. Sat through the time share pitch and would still go again. Fantastic family vacation.

This hotel is very family-friendly, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The atmosphere was safe and comfortable, and there were plenty of accommodations for families traveling. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place to stay.

It was perfect for a staycation, the day we stayed one of the pools right infront of our unit was non-operational. The restaurant food was just ok, as we didn't want to leave the property to go out, cafe bar the next morning had very little in breakfast offerings. However, the room was clean and spacious.

Family friendly. Great place! Loved the activity center, pools, and arcade.
