Hyatt Place North Scottsdale

The breakfast was Awesome, we did not have to make our own waffels. There was fruit, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffels, juice ect. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The sheets were very soft. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

It was a great experience. No issues, staff friendly, facilities clean, breakfast was good & plenty & place to sit down to eat. The only issue was paying for parking.

Amazing and helpful staff. Everything you need in the area 5 miles or less. Very clean and well stocked.

Complimentary breakfast was typical fare, nothing special. Overall property was well-maintained.

Clean and quiet

Clean hotel, clean rooms. Amenities were just ok, the pool is very small and situated to the parking lot. You pay for parking $10 a night, it is not included in your night stay. Very disappointed with their breakfast, we always stay at a Hyatt and never had this bad experience with breakfast. Food served was old, looked like leftover from the previous day. Overall, juts an ok Hyatt stay.

Great location with a lot of near places to eat and drink, very modern and updated rooms and the breakfast was really good. Kudos

Nice convenient downtown location. Room was ok, however, PLEASE invest in new pillows! Staff not very helpful, the bar/restaurant needs staff to accommodate the guests. You are better off leaving the hotel for breakfast. Not enough staff to help serve. Don’t plan on a late night snack or drink after 10pm if you are returning to the hotel after an event the bar will be closed.

You pay to park in their parking lot. Had to pay to upgrade to a room you could turn around in. The staff was excellent, breakfast offering average, amenities and rooms marginal.

This was a very nice property in a good location (easy drive to the Musical Instrument Museum and Mayo Clinic). Tina, the staff person who checked me in, was very friendly, kind, and efficient. The elevators were unusually speedy and breakfast was ok. Unfortunately, the bar/cafe was closed for a "special event," so I had to find a different place to eat. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The air conditioner in my room was rather noisy, but did the job. The best amenity was the covered parking garage ($10/night) because it was very hot while I was there, but the spaces are limited. Overall it was a clean and comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price.

We had a great time at this location, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a lot of places to go eat around the hotel.

Room was good. One bed was really squeaky with weight on it. Breakfast could've been better. Overall- good stay

Breakfast was OK, eggs were over cook, was slow to replace item when they were out, room was nice and clean

The pool area seems to be lively so If you’re looking for peace and quiet request a room away from it. Kids are out for the summer. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
