Staff was AMAZING! Property was very well maintained and staff was right on any requests! In my personal opinion the beds need to be upgraded. They are very firm and hard with no cushion or pillow top. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great room and staff

Staff was friendly, pool was wonderful, loved the basketball court. Full kitchen was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Only downfall was there was very little shower pressure.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We are now Sonesta fans and will look for your properties in the future. If we ever travel to Arizon, we wilp definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel staff were awesome from the arrival date to the departure date. Breakfast was really convenient and tasty. Big kudos to the staff for making our stay very pleasant. Thank you to the manager for having awesome staff they were very helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was delicious lots of incredible options. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time.

Gym was too basic.

The location and price were great. There was a cricket in our room, while we were trying to catch it we found a LIVE SCORPION who had the same idea. The maintenance worker who came and the front desk acted like it was no big deal. I get that it's arizona but keep the vermin outside please. Never going back.

Staff was rude and condescending. Refused to let me stay in the room that I paid for. Refused Ada service dog. Management needs to be fired. Absolutely incompetent, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior by manager

They need to clean the rooms better our bathroom had an odor and the carpet was very dirty.

I was sincerely impressed with this hotel. The check-in host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I love the location as well. There are several restaurants, a Starbucks, a grocery store and drug store within a short walk. I really think this is among the best deals in Scottsdale.

Poor and the one negative about the property. Coffee average. Oatmeal overcooked also poor scrambled eggs and disgusting sausage?? Excellent breakfast at Radisson in Yuma--same items and real dishes cups and silverware maybe Mgr. should go on road trip of competition.

The staff was always courteous and respectful. Also in a great location convenient to everything. I highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Booked our 20th Anniversary 5 night stay and were not disappointed. Our suite was on the 1st floor. The room was clean, quiet and perfect for us. Spacious, air conditioner worked great, kitchenette/dining/sofa/desk was exactly what we wanted. We didn't eat the continental breakfast or use the pool & hot tub, but they were plentiful, good variety and clean. The area around the hotel was safe and easy to navigate. Plenty of free parking too. Our trip was awesome and would definitely book here again!

Had everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. Loved the place. It was perfect.
