Sonesta Simply Suites Phoenix Scottsdale

Pet friendly- it was fairly busy so walking two dogs was pain but thats on me. Oh only irritation was fact the door hanger i supposed to keep hanging on knob for my stay. It announces i have dogs(if they not announce themselves) / it slid to ground almost every single time i went through the door- my dogs required strolling out every 2 hours for two weeks- i was ready to shove that sign up somebody's ass by end of first 12 hrs but other than that it was pretty great!

It’s a budget hotel so we had realistic expectations however we did expect our room to be clean and to be able to sleep on the bed. The coffee table had sticky rings on it so we cleaned it. We tried the bed and noticed there was a cabinet door strategically placed underneath the mattress because the bed base was broken. It did not cover the whole bed so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. We decided to drag the mattress to the floor to sleep and turned on the tv which had been smashed. We requested a new room. We had to wait for the staff member to see for himself before he granted us a new room. Not the best start to our vacation. Will not book with this company again.

Was a single night stay however when I got to my room it was half cleaned, coffee machine was ugly, stove had the electric coils taken out like they were gunna be cleaned but not cleaned. Staff were helpful and very kind.

The AC didnt work, room was very hot. Got moved rooms. The room felt extremely dirty. Shower dirty stained, toilet stained, kitchen was dirty, fridge rocked had crust on it. Bathroom door stays closed so you're sweating using bathroom. Would never step foot here again

I did not like that my refrigerator did not work for the first 3 days I was here and the card used to take my luggage upstairs head flat tires with flat tire also the laundry i broke I had to go to the third floor in the section inconvenient

The Staff, while friendly, had issues trying to get a key for me. It took 45 minutes to get my key. Also, my car got keyed, and they charged a $5 parking fee, which I didn't see disclosed at booking.

Did not like much. This Sonesta Suite was very, very downscale compared to the other Scottsdale location. Deceptive branding policy. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. Staff supplied coffee mugs, cookie sheets when requested, but there were no sharp knives available. BAD Neighborhood. Again, very poor compared with the other Scottsdale Sonesta
