This was a great place to stay. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to say hello, and to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The small store had a great variety. The only complaint I had was that the bed wasn’t the softest, but it was clean and comfortable. Very happy we stayed here.

Had a problem with the shower and we called the front desk. They sent a repair person to fix it and they tried but it didn’t work. Called the front desk and they apologized but did nothing to make it right

Great place to stay at during my mini vacation to the valley! Room was clean, stylishly furnished, and the staff working were incredibly inviting, warm, and helpful! Thank you for making my Phoenix stay enjoyable!

We had a great time! Staff is super friendly. Rooms and property very clean. Wasn’t super packed. Kids loved the pool area! Myself, husband and 5 of our children ages 2-15 all had a great time! Very close to the odysea aquarium which was the highlight of our trip. Over all we are planning our next trip and hoping to stay at this location again!

Fantastic staff, Rob was great!!!! Every time we entered the lobby or left Rob was there. So engaging and pleasant to talk to.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The room got everything you need including a mini kitchen. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Lots of room in lobby

Very disappointed in the breakfast that was served. Toaster not working, out of most things that needed to be replaced. No plates, no orange juice, waited for food to be cooked and put out. Person in charge was very nice but needed help due to new position for her. Overwhelmed for her. Otherwise, our stay was very good and enjoyable. Thank you, Natalie.

Meg expectations

Had to ask the cleaning staff repeatedly to clean our room and we're told and we're told by them that they'd have to ask their manager because our room was not on the schedule for cleaning. We had no idea why. Finally after a couple days without service we said fine, just give us some clean towels which they did.

Hotel rooms were very clean. There is a lot of stores and food options around especially for traveling families. Had a hard time trying to get staff to help with situations or even asking for services. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options and it ran out of food very fast. They had two breakfast bars but one one side was open during the four day stay.

There was long hairs underneath the blankets. Yellow stains on the sheets. One pool table which was taken by the same family all weekend. I asked for an early check in never got an response. And after that i couldn't even check in on time my room was an hour late. Not a great experience.

Great stay.. front desk were so helpful and friends. Room was clean and we were able to borrow a portable stove top to cook vs using the microwave. Hated to leave.

Everything was great. The AC was a little loud otherwise a great experience.
