My family had a wonderful 3-night stay. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Tyler, who checked us in, and the young woman running the breakfast, which was delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was great having a microwave and full-sized fridge. The location was ideal. It was really close to the AZ Boardwalk, restaurants, and other activities/attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The breakfast was not great the oatmeal was over cooked, the cooked eggs where like rubber. And when I went to make a waffle 10 minutes between each time there was no batter. Really the only thing you could eat was bengals, muffins and fruit.

Breakfast was excellent. The hot water was warm at best and a cold shower at my age was not on my bucket list! There was peeling paper on the walls in the bathroom and the Soap dispenser on the wall was hanging loose.

Great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was massive and the lobby and pool were great. Great location walking distance to Texas roadhouse and white castle. One the elevators was broken so it took a little to use the elevators during busy times when we stayed but everything else was so good it didn't impact our stay

The room and property were nice, when we showed up to check in at 5 we were told housekeeping was behind and our room wasn't ready even though they say check in was at 4, so we had to go do something until room was done, luckily we had something we could do otherwise we would have had to sit and wait. Other than that we had no issues and would return

Our room was clean and pleasant. We had to keep the temperature at 66 which was a bit cool for us but setting the temperature any higher resulted in the blowing hot air which made the room too warm. There was no shampoo or lotion in the bathroom. Breakfast was on the cool side and the coffee servers were out before anyone had coffee and it took almost 30 minutes for fresh coffee to be brought out. All staff was polite and doing what they could to remedy the problems as quickly as possible. For our purposes the stay was enjoyable and we will look to stay there again.

Breakfast was delayed, half of the food or drinks were gone majority of the hour and a half we waited there. The heating element we needed for cooking wasn't working and the next one came without the pan.
