Staybridge Suites Scottsdale - Talking Stick by IHG

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites Scottsdle/Talking Stick. Our room was exceptional -- clean, large and comfortable. Amenities such as the breakfast with both hot items as well as cold, along with the evening offerings like wine and hot food, were terrific. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again,

First the welcoming as soon as we checked in was above and beyond. The young man who checked us in was so respectful,kind , and courteous to my fiancé and I. Like every time we have stayed at Staybridge the property, inside and out is very clean. The dining area, food, coffee, drinks, was very good. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable.

Great stay with the family after our AC went out. They have a great breakfast and a wonderful meet-and-greet with appetizers during certain weekdays.

Only the fact that they should have a grab by the toilets for they are pretty low…

A wonderful hotel when needing larger space, 2 bedroom/2 bath suites are great!! The pool area could be more inviting. Landscaping needs attention and furniture needs cleaning. Updating TVs are needed to be able to log in to apps.

We love staying here. However the 1st night was a little rough as the AC was not cooling the room, rooms felt muggy and stuffy. Staff tried to fix issue but were unable to until maintenance came in the next morning. Maintenance got on it right away, made the rest of our stay better and more comfortable after issue was resolved N/A

The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was fair, kitchen is good love having it.

If there's any way to change the motion sensors for night time hours when people aren't moving, that would be a benefit. Other than that our stay was fantastic.
