Convenient Washers and dryers were not operating

The quietness and location oh and the rooms are decent The customer service of the fromt desk

The front desk did not seem to be regularly staffed. I had to wait for someone to show up to check me in and there was no one there for checkout.

The staff was very nice and they checked us in early. Beds were very uncomfortable. In the morning when we were collecting our things we found a dirty bottle of sexual lubricant that was on the floor that we hadn't seen when we came in. We were both pretty disgusted.

The location was perfect for our weekend stay directly across from Salt River Fields. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The outside could use some sprucing up and more lights in the entry way

Central location, nice pool and hot tub. The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us when we checked in or out and didn’t make eye contact.

The property has a great location. You get pretty much what you expect of a two star motel. The second lock on the door was coming out of the wall so that was useless. The door didn’t really shut completely even though the door lock with the handle worked. We put the ottoman against it to keep the door pushed in. We booked the room for three people but there were only two sets of towels.

The location wasn't bad. Quiet. The whole room. Very dirty.

The front desk guy was super nice and welcoming.

They gave us room keys to a room that already had people staying in it. They charged $100 deposit for room damages that still isn’t refunded and we didn’t stay there due to the people already in the room we booked. The desk worker was new and not trained well. She was on face time with the manager thru out the whole process. It was very unprofessional. The clientele seemed sketchy like the hotel was being used for drug trafficking.

Closer to surgery center. Run down. Room keys stopped working 4 times and had to go to desk to fix. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Bathroom had blood on walls and rust

the evening staff was super helpful and resolved my wrong reservation date after a lengthy phone call with booking com.

Location to amenities, food, shops, and Great Wolf Lodge Sheets had black streaks on them, curtains on window were really dirty or stained brown, shower floor around drain was brown, sticky substance like gum on carpet, VERY hot room

The pool was awesome we the family loved our stay Everything was awesome

Location Filthy, mattress we’re disgusting, furniture and carpets dirty, fridge didn’t work due to ice build up in freezer, there was a roach on one of the beds

Location was good Someone smoked in it before we had it. It was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was still dirty. Dead bug found hanging from the curtains and in one of the beds. Was not offered a different room so had to request one.

Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, great location, very reasonable cost, and room was clean. Groundskeeper working very early (we understand the need, just inconvenient when you're trying to sleep past 7 am :-)
