Great Wolf Lodge Arizona

Other than a fire drill the stay was ok. It can be better as in the rooms being more warm welcoming - it felt stiff.

Nice

Facilities are amazing for families with kids. Please note there’s no in-room safe for your money, passports belonging.

Fun for kids but extremely dirty. Not a place I would stay without children. We upgraded to a cobana ( actually both times we stayed) and they were a bit nicer and a bit cleaner. Could use a restaurant that is open earlier. Overall a 3 star place.

O

It was an amazing time but had one staff member be a bit rude while buying alcohol clearly paid for special cup and gave me whatever she wanted and still charged me. Didn’t want to make a big deal but other than that it’s was nice clean fun

Old and rundown period

Loved everything about our stay!

The food was really good, and there were so many fun activities to keep the girls entertained. Our room was also such a fun part of the experience! Everything felt exciting and family-friendly, and seeing how happy my daughters were made the whole trip worth it. We made some really great memories together, and I’m so glad we decided to come. We will definitely be coming back! 🥰🌊🐺

Great

Es lo mismo a los que pagan el pase por un dia

My daughter and I enjoyed yet another year of pure bliss. Loved every second

100 de 100 todo positivo, lo recomiendo

I had a fantastic stay for my grandbaby grandbaby. The indoor poor was amazing and the night time events fit the kids were the best. There are so many abduction for the kids. Great experience

Not enough staff at the slides causing the wait in line extremely long

First time here and my kids lovedd it! I read some reviews saying it’s haunted and didn’t actually believe it but one night my son couldn’t sleep saying he was so scared and was seeing things so we just slept with lights on. It’s a little pricey but worth it we will be coming back for sure.

No volvería

Fun place to take the family. Did not like that you now have to pay for parking. Other than that it was great.

Unfortunately, the problems continued the following day. On Monday, my room key/bracelet stopped working, leaving me unable to access my room. Today, at checkout, I notified the supervisor on the floor that I needed access to my room. I was initially told it would take approximately **20 minutes**. After waiting, I followed up and was then told it would only be another **5 minutes**. Those 5 minutes turned into approximately **two hours**. This was especially unacceptable because **my twins’ formula, bottles, clothing, and other necessities were locked inside the room**. My twins were crying and needed to be fed and changed, yet I could not access the items they needed. I repeatedly tried to get assistance and ultimately had to go to the front desk extremely frustrated and upset. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and empathy from the hotel staff.Instead I was told I would be extended until 1:00 p.m. At the time I was told this, it was already approximately 12:15 p.m., after I had already spent nearly two hours trying to regain access to my belongings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and property was clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of fun stuff to do. Waterpark was a blast. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
