Great location with easy access to all of Scottsdale

The pool was fantastic despite having bad weather, the building is dated but the staff makes up for anything you may perceive. I can't tell how how awesome the employees are, I travel quite a bit but these employees are A++++ EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEES!

Of three bath towels, one was dirty or stained. Mold all over the shower ceiling. Was given keys to a room already occupied. Desk clerk said she did not have my name on her list. when I produced ID she said that I booked the reservation thru a third party (DUH). Found clock radio unplugged. When I went to plug it in found the cover around the socket to be missing and the socket wiggled. Found the change filter light on for the Air Conditioner. When we returned from a full day out, even with the "Make up room" sign on the door, no service had been done.

Room was great, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be not being aware of a daily parking fee. Customers pay a daily rate for parking and then are told they are not responsible for any damages, lost, or stolen items to the vehicle.

The staff was very helpful. I do think it's not cool to charge $15 a night for parking, esp for handicapped cars that are plainly marked. This is in a very vacant area and not crowded at all. It just feels like a way to scam customers.

The Hampton Inn &Suites at Talking Stuck exceeded my expectations! The grounds, building, and rooms were VERY well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of options: small omelettes, fried potatoes, sausage patties, waffles, scones and bagels, as well as cold cereal. There was plenty of hot coffee and hot water for tea. Highly recommended if in the Scottsdale/Phoenix (AZ) area!

Parking fee is ridiculous. We were told the daily fee was initiated because of the patrons that trespass because they were kicked out of Talking Stick and park in lot and sleep in their car. Back in the day, hotels gave a placard for parking without a fee. Is paper that expensive? Pool area. No shower, no bathroom, the pool area itself was filthy, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Need more umbrellas, music would be nice. Some nice pool decor too. Breakfast was ok but needs improvement too. The bacon was paper thin, the potatoes were cold, the juice dispenser was out, fruit looked old. We were told this location is scheduled for a restoration so I hope you take my suggestions to heart.

We stayed 3 nights over a weekend. It is a quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access on and off the freeway.

Both the day and night staff were helpful and friendly. I’m sorry I can’t remember names but afternoon check in was easy and pleasant. Night person had to let us in when I grabbed my casino card instead of room key….oops. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. When we checked in, he even noticed that we were set up for the third floor. When he noticed that the exact room on the fourth floor was available, he put us there for the better Mountain View. That was a nice anniversary gift for my wife and I. Thank you!

The girl who checked us in was wonderful. She was friendly and very professional.
