Tru By Hilton Scottsdale Salt River

Cleaning staff, No habla English. Rooms were supposed to be attended to daily but no one came around. This hotel has staffing and maintenance issues galore. It appears to be a newer property too. I do not recommend.

The breakfast was ok. Location was probably the best since you're in the middle of Scottsdale and by the freeway. When we checked in for our stay no one told us that the air conditioner was out. We didn't learn about it until we checked out. When we got to our room it was 85 degrees and it would not cool down.

Close to baseball fields Wagers was not free. ? The other hotel nearby was free washers n dryer. That was a glorious experience for washing 3 day tournament clothes.

Loved the staff friendly night guy was amazing missing batterys he gave me some for the remote. Room was dirty. Bedding didn't seem to clean and or torn up (found a sex toy along the headboard.) Housekeeping was hard to speak to most of them don't understand English. Breakfast was good could have more options or didn't inform us about the other breakfast area was . ac did good of you left the fan running. Didn't like the people smoking pot at the pool. Especially with children around (including mine) and left there trash . (They have smoking areas for a reason) got there was trash leaking all over the floor on the 2nd floor and seems to always have a trash pile. One Elevator was out made it difficult in the morning rush.

It was a nice hotel and for the most part the staff was friendly. The only one thing is that they didn't replenish our toilet paper nor did they clean the room and we were there for 3 nights, other than that we had a good stay.

I loved the property, very clean , friendly staff The only thing was one of the guests room did not get her “Welcome “ On the screen and no trash can and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk he said I do not know .

Smaller than I expected. Rooms are smaller in square footage and not much of a great view if facing north. Breakfast was plain. Clean room. Nice staff. Pool table was neat. Quiet. Overall decent.

The hotel is clean and the hospitality is excellent. I loved the breakfast option and the entire ambience of the place. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

There is absolutely nothing about this place that was good.Breakfast was barely There was never anyone at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room. Bathroom door would not close. BWreakfast was barely warm. I expected more from a Hilton.

My room was immaculate, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice

This is our go-to hotel for Phoenix / Scottsdale / Mesa visits. Clean and comfortable with easy access and a satisfying breakfast to start the day.
