It was just what we needed. A pretty quiet stay with all the amenities our family needed. It was a quiet room with a comfortable mattress.
-
Always a good vibe and walking distance to restaurants and close to the 101

Good clean room. Good location and price. Shower door was cooked and wouldn’t close, but other than that, the room was fine.

Everything was beautiful and I enjoyed my stay here ☺️

I enjoyed my stay

Very nice for the price. Not high on the breakfast.

We had a great stay. The fitness center was better than what you typically find at many hotels. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options each morning. A special shout-out to Rob at the front desk—he was very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We'd definitely stay here again.

There were two kind hispanics ladies which work in the cleaning deparment, they were very very kind.

Ac worked, pool was great, staff was awesome. This hotel has a great rate so you give up on a few other things like a larger breakfast selection, microwave, but it worked well for us. Everything was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend, great value.

Small room with no microwave or coffee maker. Breakfast used to be good when they had both areas open. But now they only have one area open with powdered eggs and turkey sausage. That’s about it. Staff looks like they don’t care about anything. This place is going downhill. Never staying here again.

We arrived prior to check-in and were allowed into our room which we were very happy with. Unfortunately, the room was very crowded, it is a standard room with a king size bed but there’s NO storage space for clothing and personal items. We stayed for 8 days and had to live out of our suitcases since the had no dresser, no closet, no nightstands and space was very limited. We stayed on the Tru Hilton side which was definitely less accommodating than then the Home2Suites side. Another issue we encountered was the breakfast availability. It was from 6:30-9:00 AM, not ideal for people on vacation, most places offer breakfast until 10 AM which makes a big difference to us. Also, the hotel was very full but only 1 of the 2 breakfast areas was open each of the 8 days we were there. The pancake machine broke for 2-3 days, bacon was offered once, and they had individual flavored yogurt only 1 day. Finally, the availability of a variety of TV channels was very limited. We are sports fans, yes FIFA was shown but there was limited US Open coverage (golf) and no channels with MLB (baseball games) locally or nationally wide. These are things that we will consider when traveling in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and super cute. We had a great time at the pool. Breakfast had a good assortment of foods. The room was clean and everything worked. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location next to food and entertainment.

Clean and cool rooms to escape the Summer heat. All good.

Tried relaxing in the lobby in the evening. Group of teenagers running around the whole lobby chasing one another with pool cues and being loud and obnoxious. Cold coffee out of the machine. Beds were not very comfortable, woke up sore the next morning. Little entertainment options on television. Small pool, wanted to swim but it seems as though a group of people were allowed to turn the pool into a backyard party with loud Spanish music blasting and kids running around everywhere. Breakfast was underwhelming, took 30 plus minutes for the pancake machine to start working. Soggy eggs and chicken sausage and burnt coffee. Certainly not relaxing or enjoyable, my 3 star is generous. I won’t be staying here again and will not recommend to family, friend or business colleagues.
