Nice bed, nice bathroom. Overall a great value Valet parking but there was no other choice

First: Having to pay for parking in a mid range hotel is just irritating.
-
Property was great. But parking was absolutely unacceptable. We had to pay for a valet or park several blocks away. If I had known this, I would not have stayed. When I complained to the staff, he had an attitude and said “it’s been like this for a year now” and said that I should have known

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
-
The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was friendly and helpful. The parking situation was rough due to construction.
-
Parking was not available, had to do valet or park across the street. Very inconvenient and hindered coming and going as I pleased
-
Front desk staff was excellent, let us check in early and accommodated me with our early checkout and making sure I had enough coffee in my room prior to the breakfast service. They were very accommodating and I appreciate it.
-
Room was fine, but it was loud. There is construction going on right in front of the property. They charge $12 a day for valet parking with no option for self-park unless you choose to park inconviently off-site with a block or two walk.
-
The bed was very comfortable. The room was well appointed and clean. Nice accommodations. Frank dusk staff. We're wonderful, easy check and easy checkout Not their fault, but construction made it a little hard to get in. And out of the parking lot

Helpful in everyway. We had an room for accessability. Everything was great. Rool in shower. Plenty manuverability. but the bed was too low to the floor so they brought in another mattress and added it on top of the first. Perfect. Staff was great.

I chose to stay at SpringHill Suites again because I enjoyed my first visit so much.I really appreciate the 24-hour fitness center and the complimentary breakfast, which offers a nice variety of healthier options, including granola, Greek yogurt, and dried fruit toppings. What especially stands out to me is that they also offer vegan-friendly options and almond milk—something I don’t always find at hotel breakfasts and definitely appreciate! The parking garage is currently under construction, so there is a mandatory $12 valet parking fee. However, I booked through Expedia with VIP Access, which included complimentary valet parking—a very nice perk Overall, another great stay! The friendly service, thoughtful amenities, convenient location, and little touches are exactly why I chose to return, and I would happily stay here again

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. The place is nearby activities
-
The valet only for parking that was not shared until a couple days before my stay.
-
Large comfortable rooms! The valet only for parking that was not shared until a couple days before my stay.
-
Room was clean and quiet. Mini fridge was dirty inside. Staff was super friendly. Still not excited about forced valet parking that costs $12/day. Tv in room was placed weird so you couldn’t watch it from the bed or the couch. Overall not bad.
-
Parking only valet for the moment
-
This place is wonderful and so accomodating! I had to book day to day due to a family situation and they were so helpful and made the process easier the first time I stayed there. Then the next time, they remembered me! Talk about service.

Helpful staff and great amenities.
