The rooms are clean and updated and the pool was perfect!
-
clean. great staff my tv constant internet issues. made watching difficult doors should have cards. not codes. a real pain in the ass

Nice pool Key card got shut off in the morning, causing us to have a late check out and the girl at the counter didn’t remember that we were getting a late checkout and stood there with her clipboard, making me forget to grab my chain that I hung up next to the bed.
-
The bed was very comfortable, clean and I enjoyed having multiple pillows instead on two between 2 people. The bathroom door opens into the bathroom, would be easier for it to open towards you but that is no big deal at all.

Love everything about this place!

Room was clean, cold AC. Cute property. Staff was nice. Our room had a sewage smell for half the trip unfortunately that wafted on and off for half the trip.

First, I accidentally booked the room online for the wrong date at around 4:00 AM. When we arrived, the front desk agent immediately told us we could not check in until 3:00 PM. I understand policies exist, but we politely explained the situation and asked if there was any way she could help us. Instead of showing any empathy or offering possible solutions, she was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. When we returned after 3:00 PM on the correct day, we had another negative experience with a different front desk employee. I had already completed the online check-in process, provided my card information, paid the required deposit, registered my vehicle, and completed all requested information to make check-in faster and easier. Unfortunately, I had forgotten the physical card used for the reservation. Rather than calmly explaining the policy, the employee was again rude and seemed annoyed that we were even there. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was charged the $100 security deposit during the online check-in process. When I returned with a different physical card, the front desk employee charged another $100 deposit to that card as well. At no point was it clearly explained why I was being charged twice, and having two separate $100 charges placed on my cards was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, when we finally got to our room, there were “No Smoking” signs posted everywhere, yet the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned, deodorized, or inspected before our arrival. Overall, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish.

When I turned down the sheets on the bed, there were pubic hairs and lice. Very upsetting. The wrapped in plastic coffee cups smelled like vomit. There were clumps of hair in the walkway heading towards my room. And the restaurant had a sulfur smell before it opened. I checked out early morning July 20th.

Great stay! Had everything we needed!

The parking is on the furthest side of the building and is PAID. The closest parking is for the restaurant guests, NOT the hotel guests, which is ridiculous. Also, there is NO security or gate - it's just an open lot. It doesn't offer any security or benefit - it's just a plain money grab. Just include it in the rate of the room. And make the ENTIRE lot available for hotel guests - why in the world am I PAYING for parking that is at the FURTHEST location from my room?! It feels like you value restaurant guests more than hotel guests.

I could not believe how small the room was. No added furniture or fixtures very basic there is more square footatge in a motel 6 room. There were two ajoining doors one went to some sort of utility/ kitchen that the cleaning crew used. They were in and out of that ajoining room very early in the morning making noise that woke us up. There was a sewer smell that was emiting an aweful smell in the bathroom. Not even worth the discount I recieved from my booking site. I would give them another chance however I am definitely going to ask to see the room before I stay. The terrible smell in the room was coming from the shower and bathroom sink. We could not find our room by the hinky directions and map, so the front desk person was nice to take us to our room. I feel if the night front desk would dress more professional that would be more reassuring. There is a $100.00 deposit to stay. I dont know why bc there is nothing of value in this hotel more ways than one.there is a gouging fee of $20.00 for parking when they have pleanty of parking spaces so this is just an added fee to line their pockets. The room was very clean if you forgo thinking about the smell. The bottom of the bathroom door inside had some repair that was porly done. I guess its true you get what you pay for. I paid less than $80 with my discounts.

Room was otherwise clean, the facility was nice. I booked a room not facing the courtyard due to the other reviews stating it can be loud.
-
The pool was closed and this is why I booked this room

The pool and outdoor area was lovely. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working as well as we would have liked and a lot of light still shone in the room from outside. But the rooms were clean and comfy and good otherwise.

Great staycation , friendly staff, restaurant and bar were great as well . 🙂

It’s a little tricky to find it. Not bad, just have to pay attention. Check in was very easy & the security of the building was great. Very clean & the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom mirror is very high. I’m not very tall and couldn’t use it. It’s a very nice lighted mirror, but should be hung lower. Not everyone is 6 feet tall. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in the area & stay again if needed.

Wonderful room and facilities $100 deposit and $10 per day for parking. Parking is not secured, just a spot in their lot outside of a locked gate. We would understand if there were a secure parking lot, but instead, this felt like a way to increase their nightly stay without showing a higher rate.

Pool was great, environment was cozy, secure with locked gates and location was great for shopping and eating.
