We had many issues during our stay at this property. First, this is not what I would consider a hotel—it is much more like a motel, and unfortunately, it is a dive. It is definitely NOT A RESORT. The pictures are very misleading, and I’m disappointed that Expedia advertises this property as a hotel. There is no elevator, and overall, I feel this property needs significant improvements. I was moved between three rooms at check-in. Room 1: I didn’t feel comfortable with a room that opened onto the street, so I requested a room that opened into the parking lot. Room 2: The room did not have a refrigerator, and the cabinet doors were hanging off their hinges. Room 3: The toilet was plugged, and there was no hot water. Maintenance and a plumber eventually came to fix these issues. The included breakfast was another MAJOR FAIL. There was not enough food available during the first two days. My daughter and I had to share one bagel on the first morning, and on the second morning, I could only make myself half a waffle because there was no waffle mix or bagels available. The maintenance workers live on the property and also come into the breakfast area to eat. It was frustrating to see that there wasn’t enough food for the paying guests while it appeared that the on-site workers were also being provided breakfast.

Hotel is a good value for the money shows its age. In some spots, but it's clean and looks refreshed.

The new owner is absolutely wonderful. She is rehabbing the place moderately, which as a many time visitor, it is well needed. Her and her staff have accommodated us very well! I will continue to book my stays here!

The outside was clean however when requested a room cleaning it never happened, even exchange for towels and was told they were out of towels and would have to wait. Also there was no adjust their thermostat for the air. The woods valance over the window looked like it had been chewed up by rodents. However the breakfast was readily available until items were gone from the 7-10 am hours. The beds were comfortable the carpet was dirty, their listed washers and dryers were out of service and the pool and hot tub was dirty from leaves and bugs.

Rooms should be inspected by the staff or owner not by customers. If you want better reviews then you should take accountability for what you sell or serve It’s not up to the customer to inspect and report problems. In my opinion this property needs a lot of attention as do a lot of other hotels across this country.

Location, clean Lots of renovation going on

The hotel was disgusting there was rust everywhere. Paint peeling off the key cards. Open any door in the hotel paint was everywhere. It smelled poorly, Anne was falsely advertised online. Majority of the staff were very unkind I wouldn't recommend this to anyone if I was paid to do so also, they charged my husband's and my card.

I didn’t like anything about the resort/hotal the pictures looked nothing like the hotel privately owned so they don’t care how anyone feels there, there was no running water and they had bed bugs never again

The motel was really dirty. There was bugs in the room. Try to get a refund and booking.com. Wouldn't help front desk? Try to help but only got reimbursed for half of one room and still got charged for a full night in the other room. When we didn't even stay there, the second night. Experience was horrible. The location was horrible, didn't even want to leave. My car outside felt like something was gonna happen to it. Overall experience with booking dot com. And this hotel was horrible. I didn't like the location. The room was dirty, had bugs in it. Both rooms that I bought. booking.com wouldn't help reimburse us. I had to do footwork to get everything completed, and still only got half of one room and not anything for the other. I was there because I had a family member and critical condition, and this just made it an even more terrible experience. I would not recommend this at all.

WiFi didn’t work but overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean and fully stocked with towels and everything else needed.

Rooms were small, it took so long to get hot water that the first day we thought that there was none, street side parking was not convenient for loading into the room.

This location was horrible. The room was completely dirty. We had two rooms in both rooms were really dirty. There was bugs in both rooms. The furniture was damaged. The area where it was located was really sketchy. Didn't want to leave my car outside. I tried to get a refund and it was a run around with booking.com. And the front desk, it was a horrible experience. I had to just book another room had another motel just because of the situation. Very disappointed in booking.com and this motel as well. I spent more time trying to get a refund than sleeping. I did not like the location. I did not like the room. I did not like the environment. Shot desk help was very unprofessional. They were nice, but not kind, not trying to help fix a situation. Just felt like it was our problem. And nobody was trying to help.

The first room that we were in the bathroom exhaust fan was going out, they changed our room and the bed had my husband wake up with a sore rib, they were accommodating for us to check out and issue a credit.

Place was beat to hell. Everything was broken in room The whole place needs a remodel or tore down

First room we went to we couldn’t even gain access because the door was kicked in. Second room was okay until we found roaches in the bathroom. The front desk had a lady who was very nice but when we told her we weren’t comfortable staying here she said “please don’t leave us a bad review”. I am aware that the stay was non refundable however this place is not what it is advertised to be.

The breakfast was terrible, not a lot there. Ended up going elsewhere to eat
