Stayed 3 nights and the location was perfect. Extremely close to everything you'd want to be near, and away from everything you wouldn't. Would book again.

It’s a motel, no frills. No bedbugs, no cockroaches, decent bed and towels. The hairdryer didn’t work which was ok w me. Good shower, nice temp and stream. These are the things I look for at an inexpensive motel. Safe parking. Very nice staff. Ice machine onsite. Good temp in the room. My husband thought the mattress needed replacing. Great location. Right off of Hwy 1. A block from the beach. Decent restaurants nearby. If I’m on a budget I would definitely stay there again

Plenty of parking! Open stuck window in room for two nights not resolved. Close to freeway, stores and beach.

A simple hotel but had everything we needed: parking included, very clean room and bathroom, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was ample enough that we didnt feel suffocated and just 15 minutes from downtown Monterey.

It was average for an INN and the price was good

Comfortable bed. Small but adequate room. Outside was run down. There was a lot of traffic noise. There was only one chair, so we brought inn a lawn chair.

The TV and air conditioner did not work but the place was nice and clean and the staff was awesome

The Bay Breeze Inn is the best facility that I have stayed at in Seaside over the last three years. The room was large. The king size bed was wonderful. The microwave and refrigerator were more than adequate. The shower water strength was awesome. The staff were responsive. Parking was always available and free. I volunteer for Pebble Beach golf tournaments and getting there from the Inn is easy and about a 20 minute drive. Costco is 1/2 mile. Other grocery stores and restaurants are close by; some in walking distance.
