Bring a fly swatter during your stay

Just a weird place, I just felt out of place.

Room was was clean the bathroom was also clean yet the toilet seat cover was old and looked dirty so that should be replaced. Besides that for the price I paid the room was good.

I actually had to go to Target to buy Lysol and disinfecting wipes so I could clean the place myself and a pair of bedsheets because they ones they have it felt so dirty . Unfortunately, since it was Monterey Car Week, we couldn’t find availability anywhere else, and the few places that were available were extremely overpriced. Frankly I don’t think I will recommend this place.

Nothing Everything, room was humid,ac didn’t work, bed were super uncomfortable. Lighting was horrible. In order for room to be bright had to Open the blinds and everyone could see in. Parking was horrible!!!

We are not people who routinely write a negative review and have tried to see the positives here alongside some obvious issues. It is half the price of other nearby properties and included plenty of beds and space for the 5 of us. We wanted to give the place a chance based on the previous mixed reviews. The beds were comfy and the night manager helped us when an issue arose. The restaurant next door was great. Unfortunately, the room was simply not clean. There was long term and ingrained dirt in places like the bathroom and under beds. There was hair floating around the bathroom and the shower was only ever mildly warm. Most of the towels did not feel clean and some were marked. There were also marks on the duvets. The surrounding area is not the best (as others have said). We had an incident where a man with a hood was knocking on all the doors after dark. The staff member on duty dealt with this and said it was another guest, but this left us feeling unsafe and the children were concerned. The person in the room above, abnormally, spent both nights pacing back and forwards on creaking floor boards for hours. This worried us further. On balance, we wished we had stayed somewhere else, but due to the motor week events none were available. We would probably have moved after the first night if we could. I think if the cleanliness was better, we can see that the other issues were beyond the hotels control but would advise others to spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.

Very convenient place and staffs are friendly

lobby and room had a smell to it, beds are hard and squeaky. some things in the room were a bit dirty. you can hear everything that’s going on outside as well as the rooms next door. it was nice for one stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

It was an okay stay overall. The room itself was clean, and it served its purpose for a basic accommodation.

Sewer smelling room, real bad experience.

Both kitchen and bathroom countertops were dirty. The refrigerator was noisy.

accessible to stores. sink light is flickering, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap does not smell good. Bed is not comfortable, too firm pillow not comfortable as well.

The place was dirty and badly maintained. They also didn’t have any soap, shampoo, or body wash. The bottles were there, but they were empty, so we couldn’t shower! I would not recommend this place to anyone, we are very unsatisfied!

Clean rooms, stayed in the family room which had bunk beds and two queen. Everything worked as advertised. Close to everything (beach, Costco, restaurants). Will stay again.

Not as great as the photos made it look, but it was pretty clean, however the bed was very uncomfortable.. glad we only stayed one night.
