I usually write negative reviews, but I wanted to share feedback that may help improve future stays. The sheets weren’t clean when we arrived, and the bathroom had a few issues, including flickering lights and missing conditioner. The area wasn’t ideal, though being near a shopping center was convenient.

Don't stay here. Spend your money elsewhere. The price was right but the room was beyond dirty. Everything was stained, covered in thick dust, nasty shower
-
The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with mold on the kitchen sink. Thick dust was everywhere and the sheets and pillow cases had suspicious stains. When I went to ask if we could get a different room I was told by the front desk representative that if I didn’t like the service I could just leave. On top of that , “maintenance” knocked on my door after midnight which was very unsettling.

The room was not clean. We had to go and buy Clorox wipes at the local grocery store so we could give the room a good wipe down, especially the bathroom before we felt more comfortable. It’s apparent that they pretty much just make the bed and restock towels before the next guest arrives.

Great stay

Clean room. Great location. Great price.

It was okay for the price point but there was a lot of renovation noises all day long starting at 6am. The bed was very hard and there were a lot of silver fish bugs in the bathroom on arrival. There were random stains pretty much everywhere (sheets, blankets, shower, walls, ect.). Overall it wasn’t terrible for the price point but we did end up leaving two days early because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise.

A newly renovated room. Very comfortable and close to shopping and Fisherman’s Wharf. We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with our stay.

The sheets were still semi wet and well it was very warm in the room even though it had an AC unit

A good place for the price
-
Average hotel room for people who just want somewhere to sleep and go on with their day. The room was okay very basic and kind of worn out beds and pillows but other than that it’s was okay. The walls are thin so you can hear whoever is next to you.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, very affordable price.
-
Clean good for the price walls are a little thin lol
-
There was no vending machine. Bed was lumpy and made too much noice.
-
Overall not bad. But there’s no nightstands only little shelves. Also would be amazing to have maybe like iron for ironing clothes. Other than that, not a bad place to sleep during night.
-
The room was okay and clean. My only gripe was that they charged us for our dog to stay with us at $30 per night. There was nothing mentioned prior to me booking the reservation.
-
The only issue was the shower was very slippery. I had to put a towel on the bottom to avoid falling. Otherwise, good place for cost.

This was not a great stay as it felt very dirty overall. Our towels were stained, we found black hair (we are blonde) in the bathtub, which makes me wonder how well it was cleaned prior to our visit. The hand soap and body wash were both upon arrival. Location was okay for our travel plans and it was nice to have parking close by and included with our room. Bed was uncomfortable and a lack of pillows was provided. The dinner recommendation given to us seemed promising as it was close to the accommodation, but it was very overpriced and not authentic Italian like we were told, which felt misleading. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great stay for the price.
