Room was smelly from bathroom

Staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean.

The cleanliness was decent, although the bedspread on one of the beds had cigarette burn marks—more than one. The toilet seat was old and loose, and the flush handle didn't work properly; every time you flushed, it would get stuck and the water would keep running. The coffee maker never worked. The cleaning staff member was very kind and helpful, but the place itself was horrible; the mattresses were rock-hard—we couldn't sleep the first night because they were so uncomfortable, and we woke up sore all over. How is this possible given the high rates? We paid over $500 for two nights and couldn't even have a cup of coffee or sleep comfortably. It is in desperate need of maintenance; everything is very old, broken, or malfunctioning. On top of that, only one of the four ceiling lights worked, resulting in very poor visibility.

This place was the absolute worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with booking, false advertisement on every level from the pictures to the layout. The room itself was a disaster. I was in the corner on the first floor right next to the laundry room for starters, the room was I don’t even have the words. Smelled like covered up cigarettes and urine, there was a phone that was obviously there as a prop because it did not work. There was no Bible, which is diabolical, refrigerator was basically there for show as well because it was not cold, the headboard was made out of two plywood slats that they were actually making as we pulled into the parking lot, no iron or ironing board. No pictures looked like the door had been kicked in. I could go on and on this place was terrible and I would not advise anyone to stay there, no matter how cheap it is. The only pro I have is the bed was OK oh, let’s not forget the outdated TV with the worst cable reception on the planet, but at least it didn’t have roaches or at least our room didn’t. Oh and if you stay on the first floor you will hear everything above you and we also happen to get the worst of that all night long. This place is not for people with any kind of standards. Just the worst stay at your own risk.

Good place to stay at. Sometimes the a/c wouldn’t turn on but you just have to reset it and it will work again.

Room had a disgusting warped nd stained bathroom door. Left over liquid stains on wall. Water pressure in the shower was absolutely atrocious. A water hose would have better pressure.Also did not have a microwave.

After days of asking them to fill the shampoo and conditioner dispenser we had to go out and buy our own. Furniture was thrift shop quality at best. Parking lot was always full. Sketchy neiborhood.

The beds were clean and comfortable and that's the best thing when you just need somewhere to sleep. The AC worked nicely. Plenty of clean, dry towels. I have no complaints.

The hotel smells strongly of cigarettes and dampness, the bathtub drains don't empty properly, and the bed sheets and pillows are dirty; don't be fooled by the photos shown on the platform.

Room was clean and it was near the beach it was nice

I would say this is more of a motel than a hotel. The room was clean but not like the picture on the website. That may have been for another updated room. The bunk bed did not have any blankets and they said they may not have any which I thought was poor because kids need blankets. It did the job for us for one night to stay but I wouldn’t use it for long term. The TV was just regular cable. Overall I’d give it a 3.5. I do want to say that the staff was accommodating after I showed up after 10pm and waited for me so I could get my keys. That was appreciated.

Hair on pillow cases and wrappers in bathroom.

There was mold all over bathroom window. The fan in bathroom was caked with debris, the top of the microwave was extremely dusty. There was a cockroach in the bunk bed room. The window in main room had no screen and some pieces of wood shoved in to keep it shut. The shutters were missing a piece so I had to put a towel over the window to keep out the light and block anyone from looking in.
