I had a really good stay. Super clean and very friendly staff. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and other things todo. Super great location. I will absolutely make this my go to hotel to stay everytime I visit seaside :)

Great location but definitely got what we paid for. Disappointed that the room didn’t have a bathtub despite the listing photos showing it. Management said few rooms still had them but they were not operational. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful when we requested additional items in the hall, however our room was not cleaned/reset during our stay. And the room overall had the “landlord special” throughout the space. Would only consider staying again if budget is a huge deciding factor in our future trips to the area, definitely wouldn’t be my first choice. Just an okay choice for accommodations.

Basic affordable hotel - clean and comfortable!! The location was great with tons of restaurants and stores nearby and just 10 minutes from Monterey! Not a luxury hotel at all but 10/10 would stay here for a short time. Great value!!

We stayed three nights and four days we super enjoyed it. It was close to a bunch of restaurants and Costco gas.

The bed was very hard to sleep in because it was so stiff. The upkeep and maintenance of the building and the rooms is terrible. The shower has a hole in it where there should be a faucet, hardly any water pressure. There was a nightstand with a place to plug things into, but it wasn’t plugged in, and there was no place to plug it in. The light switches are install installed incorrectly. The painting is terrible. For what I paid per night, this should be a nicer looking place. I think it is mostly a place for people to party for the weekend. I will not be back.
