We had to leave and couldn’t stay. The pictures looked better than the facility. When we walked in first thing we noticed was the door to the adjoining room was unlocked, sink was cracked, pool was behind the building was small and unclean. Bed had visible stains.

Room was clean, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Elevator out of service and noise travels through walls and floors easily, could hear what was going on in rooms above and to the side.

Booked this room for one night. It was a little high for the status of the room. The ac was not working right so we had only the fan. Having the fan running only made the room sticky. There was something stuck on the walls, they needed to be cleaned. The tv kept turning off and then would not stay on after that, which really made trip difficult because we had our young son. There was no key it was a code to get into room which was a little noisy. Balcony was right by the pool, there was trash on balcony. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay close the bar was slanted so water kept coming out of shower. Overall it was a bed for the night.

We don't care for the amenities. Just a bed, hot shower and cold AC. THAT IS IT!

Parking is good , the man that attended me was very kind . Room was clean but the bathroom ceiling does need some work. Looked like there was mold in the ceiling shower.

Had a bit of a hiccups with the rooms first assigned not being ready, but the front desk was very quick to switch the rooms. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing and helped us with every question we had. Located close to shopping and eateries.

The man at registration only spoke a little English but was extremely rude

Side note...the avenue had a lot of food options and that is a big plus too.

Bars on windows not photographed, ripped up office chair on one side not photographed. Feces spots on towels, wrinkled sheets, and the heater wouldn't work . We just stayed one night, and got thru it. And, one week later I haven't gotten my deposit back. They don't answer their phone.

This was a perfect hotel for a budget trip for me and my family for Fourth of July. The front desk was very respectful and nice. The only little thing I didn’t like was the floor was a little dirty so when I went to clean my feet off with one of their white towels and had housekeeping come in the next morning, they left a note saying please don’t stain towels and I also had to ask them to clean out one of the trash cans because when I went to change the trash myself, there was poop inside the trashcan underneath the liner

The room smelled musty and the room needed updates. Shower had mold and the water in the shower came out very hot and not cold or warm. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The pictures look nicer than the place. The bed wasn’t very comfortable; it wasn’t the worst though. The tub shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place so the water would go outside the shower. The water pressure wasn’t that great. There was serratia marcescens (pink mold) in the shower. The price for the place was good and was close to places we wanted to visit.
