Pros: Breakfast offering is great. Cook to order omelette s and other assortment of breakfast. Rooms are spacious, especially the suites. Indoor swimming and amenities, evening bar. Great staff and service Cons: Common areas might not be that clean, restroom and swimming area. Due to the high occupancy. Only 3 elevators, gets quite busy at times for the 12 floors. One of them was out of order Some hidden fees to know about. Like $20 parking per day and $15 destination fee per day.

Great staff. Change up the breakfast for those extended stays.

However, the cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. There was mold in our shower, and the bathroom did not have an air vent for proper circulation, so we had to open the window just to get some airflow. The rugs also had a bad odor. During our stay, only 2 out of the 3 elevators were working, which caused longer waits at times. Another concern was that guests left food near the elevator, and it took about two days before it was removed. While the location and breakfast were positives, the hotel would benefit from better cleaning, maintenance, and overall attention to guest areas.

Very clean

Omelets and pancakes are made fresh. If you want an omelet start early, line can get long.

In addition, another front desk staff is also not as helpful. I literally asked for a cart to get our staff to the room & she said it should be in the lobby, which obviously is gone, so she said she will call it in to find one. I waited 15-20 minutes, w/o any update but I can literally see a cart on the other floors. I asked for update & she said she called it in, w/o any apologies for not providing an update. I waited another 10 minutes- still no cart, so I went up the elevator & grab the cart on one of the floors on my own. What a service. I got to our room- no extra bedding available for the sofa bed. not sure if our room was cleaned properly cause I assumed they should check that at all times. We had to request for an extra pillow/ bedding twice. microwave in room was not stable and not properly mounted. Pros: Staff at dining area are nice and professional. Good hot breakfast, great afternoon snacks and drinks. overall 7/10 rating.

Great location for a great price. Elevators were a little slow but no biggie as it was mostly due to being Fourth of July busy.

Staff is great. Their breakfast is much to be desired. Yes, the omelettes are fantastic but we stayed for three days and there’s no adjustment to the food, it is standard budget restaurant blah. The inside of this particular property is cold and industrial. There is nothing warm or inviting. I’ve stayed in many Embassy Suites and this one didn’t cut the mustard. WARNING: this location charges an additional resort fee just like they do in Vegas, and they charge for parking.

Awsome experience

The AC is super loud and does not work. I set to the temperature to be 68 but it only reached 77.
-
The elevators were having issues and it wouldn't stop on our floor. We had to use the stairs to go down the a floor lower to catch the elevator.

Dinner was great.

All staff were very friendly

Really loved our stay at the hotel. A good dog friendly hotel, with quiet rooms. My only complaints I would say is they have too few elevators so sometimes it takes awhile during breakfast time and evening time. The resort fee also wasn’t properly explained and is quite frankly an annoyance but as I understand that is not the hotels fault specifically but the locale.

Room was very nice and nice view.

I really enjoyed the gift shop and Starbucks right inside the hotel. Jackie helped us check out and she was really nice.

Heater kept blowing cold air despite being on heat mode for over 30 min. Staff responded pretty quickly and gave us a space heater upon our request. Not much you can do last minute about a heater malfunction.
