Mejorar la atención al cliente, tratar de solucionar de los problemas con los ruidos, en lo personal me parece muy antiguo todo, pero que puedo pedir por $100

The nightstand was covered in brown sticky residue, the top blanket was also sticky. There was a used coffee pod still in the coffee maker and both the sink and shower had no drain traps. The toilet paper holder was missing the spring loaded bar so they just put it on the back of the toilet. Walls were paper thin and the AC unit rattled like crazy. I think the only “cleaning” they did was to put new towels and sheets on the bed. Absolutely not worth $180 for a single night.

Another Great stay in a wonderful location! Loved having a fridge/microwave and coffee pot as it came in handy! Location is great with many different stores/restaurants and even an urgent care nearby. My room was clean and comfortable with all amenities I needed. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and all employees were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this booking and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Thank you to staff at Pacific Best! Everyone was very helpful and kind, asking if I needed help or assistance with anything. I highly recommend this hotel as it is in a great location as there are many stores/restaurants/laundry/urgent care …just about any thing you may need or want during your stay. Rooms are clean , comfortable, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe.Thank you for being accommodating when I needed to extend my stay! I would definitely like to return in future!

Everything went smooth and easy.

When checking in front desk was not helpful . No place to hang out clothes, door to clothes cabinet broken . Very dusty , sink area had hair and sink did not drain . We had to ask for a plunger and some cleaning products to clean the sink after !

Simple, Clean, friendly and much more competitively priced than other hotels nearby.

We checked in around 11pm and I had already pre-paid online for the last room available. When checking in, the check in area was a mess, red flag number one, but I didn’t mind since we just needed a place to stay for the night. We also saw a few people trying to get a room for the night but they were turned down being the hotel was booked. We went to our room on the second floor and the room looked nothing like what is advertised online and it was very dirty. There was hair in both beds, a blood/feces looking smear/stain on the wall, what looked to be black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains and layers of dust on the microwave and refrigerator, and black stains on the cloth shower curtain. The door also had many knicks and scratches as if someone had been kicking or scraping it. We were told there were no other options and no opportunity for discount in price as the price was 10 times what I would have paid had I known how bad this hotel was. I am usually not looking for something that is perfectly spotless as I knew it was an “Inn” and not a hotel and being that we just needed it for one night. However, this was unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone stay here.
