Room & Staff
-
Staff were kind. Rooms although updated need some love. Glad we were on the backside of the building. Nice to have breakfast available.
-
Spa could have been cleaner water was green
-
It would be nice not to see food crumbs in the hallways to your room and stains on the carpet inside your room and as much as you charge you shouldn't have to inspect your rooms for cleanliness.
-
The hotel is undergoing construction & renovations, so there was some noise & construction equipment around. Overall it was a nice place for our family.

We usually like staying at this chain of hotels but this one was not very clean. The door had a huge gap at the bottom letting the cold air in & also making it more noisey. We only had 1 bath towel which I don't get not to mention no hair dryer. Plus with the girl at front desk being not very friendly, defenitely not staying here again. Would NOT recommend.

TV didnt work. Originally was put into a handicap room that someone had already slept in.Cause the bed wasn't even made and food was still sitting out in the area. Totally disgusting. Had to be put into another room which was better. But the noise of everything around us was terrible. The remote to the tv didn't work. The t v also didn't work. I will never stay at this Holiday Inn ever again.

Great area! Wish room had a coffee maker in room.

It appears that the Holiday Inn chain is taking the coffee makers out of their rooms. So, for those of you that are early raisers and enjoy their in-room-coffee you're going to have to come up with a new way to enjoy your coffee. The only other issue was a slow draining shower/tub, I'm not a fan of standing in ankle deep soapy water while I'm showering.

ThI location was great and the 2 maintenance gentleman that came out to fix our broken air conditioner were very polite The property is under renovation, which is not advertised when you book, there are wild ducks that waddle around leaving feces everywhere. There is one elevator for the entire hotel that is more or less broken and takes on average three minutes once you call it. The front desk manager Luz was not approachable at all, and her Customer Service was zero. The desk chair in the room was stained, the linens on the bed were ripped, the air conditioner was broken, and the room smelled of smoke. I went downstairs to make sure it was always a non-smoking room and I was assured yes, but it was quite disgusting. We ended up not even staying at the hotel and it has been nothing but a hassle trying to get our money back because the hotel will not agree to refund us.

Location is good. 2 beds in a room is good for families. Easy access to 24/7 brewed coffee. Loved the automatic pancake maker. They have biscuits and gravy. Cons: Only 1 elevator to access upper floors. Anyone can access the property and go into rooms. I got a spider bite on my ankle the first night we stayed. You have to ask the desk for towels and other stuff. No housekeeping to bring it to your room. There were two ducks - residents - of the property but their poop is everywhere. There were flies all over. The breakfast was meh. Artificial eggs. Artificial sausages. No bacon. Wildlife can access the trash cans in the hallway. Won't stay again in this property.

Easy check in. Nice stay. However a lot of bird poop in plain view. Made it look very poorly kept. Lots of flies. Even a raccoon on the roof that we thought might jump up from the roof onto the floor by the elevator.

Was informed that construction was not very loud, however it was very loud
-

Overall was good some issues but not major
-
Not so good as price I could not even take shower poor shower hesd TV was not working no power I need call for services. I will never stay at this place again
-
Small room and there was construction going on while I was there but I didn’t hear any of it — staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good! Parking area was good also.

We checked in and were sent to a room that was dirty, the bed was in shambles and there were dirty dishes on the counter. We went back to the front desk and were then given a room that was near the pool but also where construction workers were drilling. The front desk girl was not very pleasant when I expressed my displeasure of the room assignments and was very dismissive. It was the worst $300 I ever spent for one night in any hotel I have ever been to. I will never go back.
