The location is the only nice part of this stay. Our bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was near possible to fall asleep in. The remote to the tv was out of batteries.

Location, the room had everything we needed. The floors were a little dirty especially around the bed under the sheet. Opened the slider door and was really bad in the seam on the floor. Wouldn't be a big deal, but when you have a one year old that will eat anything off the floor.

Over priced. Outdated. Sliding door was never locked. We noticed it in the morning. I will never stay there again.

exceptional room and so close to the ocean, food and shops

Very busy hotel when we were there in July 2026. Ok for an overnight stay but maybe not more. We regretted booking the ocean view room because there was not an ocean view. Wi-Fi service was poor too. Plenty of food options around.

The front desk was fabulous, answering all of the questions that we had. The patio was lovely! We loved sitting outside and our kids being able to play. The cafe breakfast food was really good and the staff was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

The location was fine for the beach this time of year. Our room had a comfortable bed. The shower backed up both nights we stayed there. We requested someone fix it after the first night but it was worse the second night. The dining area was nice with fireplaces. We ordered dinner and were told after waiting 45 minutes for our food that the cook had been in the bathroom all that time and was just then able to start getting our food ready. It did not give us a great comfort level about our food.

There's a path out to the beach right outside the hotel. We had a balcony room with water views. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and recommended restaurants that we enjoyed. They also have their own onsite cafe where we enjoyed a very nice breakfast.
