Pet fee is extremely high. $40 per dog per night is excessive. NOT even disclosed on website. And coffee maker didn't work in room. 24/7 coffee in lobby was empty all 3 times I tried to get some.

No AC. The room was too hot. It felt like I was in a motel 6 but for 10x+ the cost. Will not ever again be staying at this place.

Nothing The room described having AC on booking.com but the rooms do not have AC and had a small fan. When I went to the front counter they told me the fan was considered AC and no hotels on the coast have AC. Completely dissatisfied with the situation.

We stayed for a night, we paid a late check out as we wanted to enjoy the visit at the beach longer, and all was good, loved the beach view.

Great location, very convenient. The room had a kitchenette and lots of space.

We had a balcony room looking out towards the ocean, but mostly saw the dunes and the promenade walk below our window. We had some things that did not meet expectations, i.e. coffee maker did not work, bathroom sink barely dribbled out water and the patio door was off its track. The workers in the breakfast cafe were not very attentive.

It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The window was a view of the hallway. Our room was 104A. It was a sectioned off part of room 104. The noise from the hall echoed horribly. We had to ask people numerous times to please quiet down as they were passing through the hallway as we were at the main entrance area and pool. Fortunately, it was one night.

The location of the property was perfect. It was right on the promenade. We had a corner room. There was no air-conditioning. The fan was broken. There was no screen on the door to let any air in the bathroom was very dirty.

Very very outdated. Lobby looks like it had one wall update recently and exterior paint was repainted recently. But other than that nothing has changed since the 90’s it felt like. Room smelt weird. Semi clean. I know it doesn’t get crazy hot but the no A/C gave me no sleep basically. Front desk staff were great! I did love the view!
