Clean room. Comfortable bed. Parking is free.

Online said pets were free to stay but was charged a fee for my dog to stay. The entire floor was covered in sand as well.

Super cute! 2 minute walk to the beach! Clean, cozy and cute! Loved the layout. Parking was easy and check in and check out is easy. Read your reservation info before hand and you’ll know check in is only 3 mins away.

Stay again when in town

Very expensive one night stay. Clean and appreciative of the kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay overall great experience would stay here again.

We had everything we needed nearby, the main street was a few blocks away.

Great location, very clean. Room is very small. People have said that before but I thought how small-very. But it works. No A/C but a ceiling fan worked, checked in at a different location didn’t get the password for wifi had to walk back 14 minutes to get it. But I needed a walk. Old school door knob and lock- at night remember to lock the door. Sink didn’t drain well/was awful. Toilet flush knob was broken but worked. Enjoyed ourselves. Really only slept here and it did that well.

A little small for price and windows need cleaned a little better looks like a little mold is starting

Our stay was very comfortable. Room was nice clean ideal location two minute walk to the beach or town center. Shape of the building and a few items on the inside were in a bit rough shape, but not concerned with the extremely reasonable rate we paid middle of the week when the prices drop dramatically compared to weekends. Keep in mind they have larger rooms and then tiny studios on the back side which typically range around the same price, so if you’re looking for a little more elbow room, make sure to look for a larger two bed unit or ADA unit

This place was a dump. The check in was down the street and parking was horrible. We got there and it was the very apparent that our room was where the old check in counter and workers stayed. They had refurbished it into a two bedroom apartment looking room and the place reeked of weed, because the other hotel guests just left their doors open and did not care, even though it was labeled as a smoke free zone. We did not feel safe, and we decided to go to another hotel. I do not recommend this place.

Upon arrival the room was dirty, housekeeping had not cleaned the room. I also had to leave and go to a different location to check-in and get the keys to the room.

Terrible. Tried to get a refund and leave when we got there but no luck. Has to contact Hotels.com which was only via app and took 15 min. They couldn't get Oyo to refund. Called the front desk many times and no luck. Finally got someone. Our fan was not working. No AC. Small small heat box room. Bugs everywhere (flies, moths). Window very hard to open and close. Window right beside the garbage bins. The pillows were absolute trash. Terrible place. Don't waste your money.

I did not like the check-in was four minutes away from this location ( in another hotel )

The room is very basic. Lots of rules and lots of signs and the young woman that greeted me made it feel like an interrogation asking me all kinds of questions even though I tried to engage in conversation with her. The fan was stuck on and ran on high all night and the light switch was broken. Even at 50% occupancy at $200 a night they should be able to keep a property up when collecting $3000 or $4000 per month for less than 200 ft.².

For the price, room was okay. Very small and bed not very comfy. It did the job for a place today my head. Very very small space.
-
The location is good close to Main Street and restaurants. The cost was high for the condition of the suite. Overall the experience was between average and good.
-
It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived.

Bed frame on both beds had sharp metal sticking out at foot/ankle level that can easily cut you, shower was either luke warm or scalding hot, no iron/steamer, front desk is NOT on property and that is not disclosed in listing. Property photos are misleading and do not match the experience!! I do not recommend this property to anyone at any price!
