I'm looking forward to my next trip already

We went on a weekday. Location was good. Parking was easy. Didn’t know the hotel was under construction until after we booked, but the price was great. The two disappointments were no AC (box fan fell over in the middle of the night - noise scared us) and the vending machine didn’t work.

Very helpful & considerate staff

Clean and comfortable bed, we both slept very well, Nice kitchenette, very handy. We arrived to find the building under construction,, the jacuzzi not working and the general state of maintenance run down. lots of light bulbs that needed to be replaced, broken bathroom fixtures, the security latch on the door broken entirely. The staff was absolutely great. They got a guy up to fix the door latch in under a half hour and were friendly and helpful through the entire visit from check-in to checkout. I also witnessed the staff on two occasions dealing with some very unpleasant customers, and handling the situations with a high level of grace and professionalism, greatly to be commended. There's nothing anybody could have done about the building construction and the Hood to Coast finish line construction that was going on just off the promenade during our visit, we just took it for what it was and enjoyed our stay despite. Bonuses: The swimming pool and pool area were very nice, clean and well maintained. Really terrific workout room, which I had not expected. It's a workout room where you can actually get a great workout. If you are a person who needs to continue your routine during your vacation, you can easily do that with few limitations in the space offered. Can't say enough nice things about the staff we encountered, good, hard-working folks.

Great place to stay in Seaside, location is close to everything. Room was great, clean and we enjoyed our stay!!

room smell bad 😔

Good location right off the Prom and wonderful view. Carpet filthy, bathroom filthy, kitchen filthy, room filthy and repairs not done well or ever. No air conditioning and box fan didn't work. Water pressure terrible.

Property is dated but they are working on it. Main thing for us was work crews started at 7am. Very loud outside. There is a weird smell in the lobby and elevators. Room was ok, but bed was creaky. Although not the fault of the hotel. Seaside isn't what it used to be. Very dirty beach now.

The room was extremely out dated and dirty. Especially the bathroom I took pictures of other people hair all around the bathroom and pubic hair around the tub.

We had an amazing experience- visitors from the east coast. Management and staff are amazing and friendly. Room was a beautiful ocean view. Room was maintained throughout our stay. We loved the kitchenette feature as well. Construction was taking place as it is currently being remodeled. Excited to come back and see the upgrades.

Fabulous location with everything you need in your room

They were doing work on the property and it was very loud and busy with workers. Rooms needed to be up dated years ago. Microwave was not plugged in and u could not reach plug. Great area and good walking distance to beach and shops. Staff very nice. Paid too much for the condition it was in.
