Pleasant

Location was great, lobby was nice and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good! Individual rooms were dirty. Cleaning staff need to be trained or replaced. Shower looked as if it hadn’t been clean and cap to whirlpool fell into tub as my kids were bathing and it was super moldy. Sheets were placed on bed inside out. Was also a mild odor in the room. For this to be a pet friendly hotel , there should be even more emphasis on cleanliness. Definitely won’t stay here again which is a shame because everything else was great. But a dirty smelly room is enough to make the entire experience bad.

Disappointing

Comfy soft beds. This was a great place to stay. They had free cookies later in the day at the front counter. Staff was always available & nice. There are firepits to sit around, cornhole to play, comfy main area to sit & relax in. The breakfast had all the usual for a hot free breakfast & fruit & cereal. It was good. Pool & hottub worked & were nice. Exercise room was nice too. The rooms were big & nice, & beds were great. Only a block away from the beach & downtown area. I will stay here again for sure.

One bathroom for 5-6 people? No way...

Great location, friendly staff and great amenities Only 1 thing to keep this from being a fantastic place - the walls, floors & windows lack any type of sound-proofing. So at the height of tourist season for families, expect lots of crying and thudding to be heard even late in the night

Facility was very clean, great breakfast choices, exceptional pool/hot tub. Location was two blocks to beach, promenade, and shopping. Very quiet room and comfortable beds. Bathroom was equipped with shower bars that helped our aging family members. I would like a table and chairs in room for card games. We had to go to the lobby area to use a table. Also we had no view of the ocean which would be a plus.

The SaltLine is a convenient location. An easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The room was quiet and clean. And the staff were friendly and polite. The beds were a little hard. Not awful.

That's OK, but don't position your hotel as something it is not.

One thing I did not like, I couldn’t turn off the air conditioning until when I needed to.

It was just ok, nothing crazy or over the top. The staff was very mediocre.

Such a good location. We were able to check in really early around noon which was awesome. Liked the room. Only downside was the noise. The people above us were so loud, kids running around made so much noise for hours. Even woke us up at night. Would only stay again if on the top floor.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, walk to many food places and the boardwalk. The building looks solid and safe. I really like the decor and comfort in the common areas. The room was clean and in good shape. Very good breakfast and plenty of parking spots at any time of the day. The wi-fi was steady. We had the room with the balcony that we enjoyed every night. On the negative side the room was lacking storage, no closet, just a small open rack with 3 hangers and one small bench with two skinny drawers. The desk was big but with the microwave, coffee maker, desk phone and lamp on it not much space left. And only one chair with a weird round shape was not very good for hanging clothes or seat. There was a long bench where we kept our suitcase open and stored all our belongings in there since there was no other space for it. Same with the bathroom, big space but no simple convenience like hooks. Also a verry skinny bath tab made shower curtans stick to the body all the time. I believe all of these small inconveniences we had were coming from handicapped room we were given. I assume the long and wide entryway explains the lack of furniture but for us it was just wasted space. It also pushed the bed too close to the AC unit which was blowing air straight in the face when you lay on the bed. The rate we paid was excessive on my opinion due to busy season. Half off would be more appropriate,

AMAZING hotel! From the helpful staff to amenities to amazing yummy breakfast and snacks throughout the day, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Will definitely come back again!
