The Ocean Front at Seaside

Right on the boardwalk next to the Seaside Aquarium. Box fan provided. Very fluffy bath towels. Big fridge, no freezer. With a king size bed we got 4 pillows, yeah! The shower was actually pretty big. The office has snacks, merch, games and coffee and is nicely decorated. The pepsi and ice machines were in working order! The bedside lamps have usb and plug in ports for charging. They give you two free bottles of water and some taffy and a post card to send! It's in a great location, gets quieter at night, and it's clean and comfy. The walls are thin, but the fan and tv block a lot of noise. We would definitely go back!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but be wary of the “ocean front” rooms. There is a large sand dune between the Promenade and the hotel, which prevents even a peak at the ocean. I would recommend getting a room on the second floor for a true ocean view. The description of the rooms on the travel site calls many rooms “ocean front” rooms but they are actually rooms with a view of the sand dune. If an ocean front room is important to you, call the hotel directly to request the room you want.

The soda machine was not cold. Everything else was fantastic.

Views, views and more views...close to everything we were looking for. Great local eateries and tap rooms. Parking was extremely easy, staff very helpful and we had no complaints. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the upgrade—it made our experience even more special! We absolutely loved the beautiful view from our room and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Being so close to the beach was amazing and made it easy to enjoy the ocean and everything the area had to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and view.

More like a motel than a hotel. Rooms have no air conditioning or fans and this is not on any of the hotel information . We requested a fan and got a small fan for a two room “suite”. Run down property that charges outrageous prices. Asked to cancel second night due to how miserably hot the rooms were, but front desk refused stating a no refund policy. The location is good, but there are plenty of better options nearby. Unfortunately we only found out after arriving.

I really love this place! It’s very clean. It’s just a shame that the ceiling light doesn’t work, but other than that, everything is excellent.

It was a great view of the beach

When making my reservation I had asked for w wheelchair accessible room and I received an upstairs room. Having to climb 20 stairs with my luggage was very difficult.

Before our trip, I emailed the hotel asking for recommendations on beaches, restaurants, and things to do. They responded quickly with helpful suggestions and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. When we checked in, we were surprised with rose petals arranged in a heart on the bed, two towel swans, a bottle of sparkling cider, glasses, and saltwater taffy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our anniversary extra special. The room was clean, housekeeping did a great job, and they always made sure we had enough towels for all four adults in our room without us having to ask. I also appreciated that when I left an early morning voicemail before the front desk opened, they called me back as soon as they opened and answered my question right away. The staff truly cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable. If we're ever back in Seaside, we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Small but right on the beach. Can’t beat the location

Location right on the promenade. Off-street parking. The room itself was fine. The single biggest problem was the lack of ventilation in the room. In order to get any airflow at all you had to open the window. That's fine, except that the promenade is right outside the window. People are walking, yelling, crying, and blasting music at all hours of the day and night. There's nothing that the hotel can do about that, but it means that you have the choice of being kept awake all night by the noise, or being kept awake all night by the room being so stuffy and hot that you can't sleep.
