very clean hotel, great beds, big bathroom, really really good for an airport hotel

This "airport" hotel was a a 5 out of 5 and went beyond what an airport hotel is! From check in to free buffet breakfast to the most friendly and hospitable, helpfull staff, free ev charging to the ready to go packed lunch for our early am flight. Did I mention the location?! Close to downtown via hwy or Free shuttle to the airport to catch the light rail. Clean well kept rooms (especially on premium side) This 2 night stay before our flight with a baseball game in between was a great and delightful experience for our family! We would recommend and stay again ourselves!

It’s pretty good

The bed was too hard for me. The shower was nice. Nice laundry with washer & dryer. Purchase tokens, soap, and bounce in the lobby. Nice breakfast in the morning. Good food at the card room casino next door. Very nice shuttle to and from the airport.

Great breakfast selection. Clean facility and parking area was well lit. Clean room and friendly staff.

The airport van was very convenient. The staff were great. The room was a little small. The blackout curtains were on tracks that didn’t cover the window so at night people could see in through the sheer curtains and there was no way to block out the early sun.

Overall just a great experience! Pool was closed which was unfortunate but their shuttle services were phenomenal, clean rooms, helpful staff. They are pretty strict with their breakfast. I was getting some food in the serving area when the time past they closed the doors on me and took some food from right in front of me which was a little weird. But overall great :)

I really like the free airport transfer to the hotel and back to the airport the next day to hop on the link light rail to get on our cruise at pier 66. This is the best and least expensive way to travel. 3 dollars!!!!!

I was able to park a 40 foot long truck on the lot and in the morning they had somebody open the rear gate so I could go out and saved a lot of problems. The staff was very attentive to my needs.

Front desk folks were very helpful. The airport shuttle is a wonderful 24-hr perk and the drivers shared great info for transit from SEATAC. It is free, so tip those nice guys! Second floor room so we could hear the people above with their rolly bags and talking, but they quieted down before quiet hours. Loud voices in the hall come through clearly. Beds were very comfortable and the spotless room was awesome. I noted a supervisory staff member around the room cleaning crew, which definitely gave a professional vibe that the place takes their role seriously. I like that. Breakfast was robust with a lot of choices (oatmeal, waffles, rice, sausage & eggs, toast bread). Would stay there again for sure!

The staff refused to match online pricing when trying to make a reservation as other hotels have done for us. They weren't unpleasant about it though. Other than that, everything about the hotel was great.

Everything was fine, except the walls are a but thin. You can easily hear people walking by and people being loud nearby.

The two elevator situation was confusing. We were not directed to the correct elevator by the person who checked us in, which resulted in us wasting time going to the wrong wing where our room was located. Also, it was quite noisy!! Poor insulation??? Would not stay here again.
