Sutton Suites Hotel

It's not a luxury place, not even close. But it's value-priced and it's clean and the staff is very helpful. The offer of a 24-hour shuttle over the airport was great -- I had to be there at 4 a.m.

Older hotel, but clean, we'll maintained, quick easy pickup and drop off at airport, staff very helpful, and friendly

I will probably never use this hotel again due to how he was treated even though other than that things were okay. I especially liked the associate that was working overnight. shuttled us from the airport and was very friendly for 1 am.

Pleasant one night stay. Friendly staff. Room was quite spacious with a fridge and microwave. A/C worked great. Bed comfy. No complaints.

We stayed over to to to the airport the next day. It was sufficient. Old and dated, somewhat loud with doors slamming deep into the evening. When we checked in there were several police cars near the lobby so, needless to say, we just stayed in the room. I wouldn't stay there again.

Overall a good night stay. I think the overall look of the complex could use a makeover. I appreciate the shuttle service

Unique property. Our room was huge, but there was a structural post right in the middle, which made me nervous about running into it in the middle of the night. Seems as though it was a Super 8 and now privately owned. Free airport shuttle was nice. If you do the cruise port shuttle it is $30 per person cash only. Or Uber was around $67.

It was very nice for a 2-star hotel. The bed was VERY firm and comfortable (loved it!). The staff were genial and did their best to help with everything. The hotel provides a very convenient drop-off and pick-up service to the cruise piers, and it is WAY cheaper than Uber!

We chose Sutton Suites because we were flying in/out of Seattle for a cruise and they offered drop off and pick up service both between the airport (which is close) and the port (which is a 30-40 minute ride). They provided those services and met our expectations. This is an older (dated) hotel without an elevator; if you are looking for something newer and with all the bells and whistles you may be disappointed. Staff (Nancy especially) was helpful.

I would say the hotel standard was just above the price point paid.

the room was big the bed was comfortable the hallways and the room had a funky smell the breakfast was absolutely horrible. Laughable

I was in the lower floor and couldn't get any sleep at all, really not a problem of the hotel kinda but the guy staying on the second floor kept walking all night long, and jumping or doing whatever the F he was doing, sounds from the top floor are cristal clear or other rooms, so if you have a light sleep better stay somewhere else, I had a pretty early flight the next day and it would of been almost better to just stay at the airport.
