I would say the hotel standard was just above the price point paid.

Clean room with small kitchen area.

Sutton Suites were a great location with rooms that were very large. The staff was very friendly and they shuttled us to the hotel and back and a place to eat. The Rooms were very clean and quiet and comfy. Nothing
-
Large room No soap, shampoo, or conditioner for the shower! Pathetic breakfast. We were happy to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast. Old, tired feel to the room. We payed $225 for a crummy room that wasn't worth $90. Front desk was understaffed.
-
the room was big the bed was comfortable the hallways and the room had a funky smell the breakfast was absolutely horrible. Laughable
-
Breakfast practically non existent No breakfast

Very convenient to the airport and parking facility. Very clean. A little outdated

I was in the lower floor and couldn't get any sleep at all, really not a problem of the hotel kinda but the guy staying on the second floor kept walking all night long, and jumping or doing whatever the F he was doing, sounds from the top floor are cristal clear or other rooms, so if you have a light sleep better stay somewhere else, I had a pretty early flight the next day and it would of been almost better to just stay at the airport.

This hotel is not up to date, but if you like a flashback to the 70's complete with velour bedspread with cigarette burns in it, then this place is for you. My room was not in the same building as the front desk and 90% of the time my key would not open the door leaving me locked out of the building. Most of the time it was blocked open with the door mat. My room was in horrible shape with a sink that wouldn't drain, a smoke detector hanging off the wall, an oven with no burners and numerous signs of damage with makeshift repairs. Breakfast was advertised as included, but there was NONE. Two pieces of bread, some cereal and half a cup of coffee to be had. A magic genie complete with turban headgear showed up at my room. He knocked at my door numerous times after he took the DO NOT DISTURB sign off my door and slid it back under the door into my room to ask if I had trash to empty or dirty towels, I had a reservation to stay again on my return trip through Seattle but cancelled it and will be staying elsewhere that is nicer and cheaper!

Perfect for a short stay needed to be close to the airport. The room was very clean, outdated furniture- but who needs that. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels.

It was convenient to go to the airport and ball game You need to renovate the place. It’s old and feels worn out and dirty even while it’s been cleaned.

Normally, we would let things like this slide--as I previously mentioned, we are easy going people and aren't expecting a Ritz-Carlton experience--but the final straw was that the cleaning service took our towels the morning after our 1st night and didn't replace them. When we came back later in the evening from spending the whole day trekking throughout Settle and wanted to shower, we were told that there were no towels available and we would have to wait until the morning. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We did not want our towels to be taken in the first place and, ironically, they had a sticker posted in the bathroom mirror that states they won't replace towels unless we request them due to water conservation. Ha! Furthermore, why would they take our used towels (for whatever reason they deemed necessary) if they were unable to replace them with new ones? Totally moronic.

Many lights did not work. Room seemed tired and old bed was too soft. Poor tv position.
-
We appreciated the quick trip to return our rental car before going to the airport, only 2 mins, very helpful on a tight schedule.
-
Staff were very helpful and friendly Hotel was close to public transportation Hotel is family oriented .
-
Breakfast not good. Worst ever.

Worst part of the experience was that I accidentally left a suitcase with a backpack on it, in the driveway. We got halfway to our cruise port and realized. The backpack had everything of importance in it! I called and they said it was still there. I explained that it had passports, money, etc in it and we were turning around to get it. We got back 40 minutes later and it was still outside in the driveway. They didnt even bother to bring it inside for me!

People from the Hotel was very nice and helpful, the only down was when they went to my room and clean the trash ans took the towels but they didn't replace them. I'm not sure why they did that!

Hotel employee did a great job with everything; very friendly and helpful.

I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty. That sums up my stay.
