Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel

Perfect location. Room is always ready upon arrival. The beds are too soft. Wish we could have a firmer bed. Also, air/heat cannot be adjusted. It was either too cold or turned off.

Breakfast was good. Noisy! Traffic and airplane noise. Got no sleep. They need soundproof windows like other airport hotels I have stayed at. Food at restaurant was mediocre and extremely overpriced.

Good

They were all very nice and it was a clean and well kept property

Arrived before check in time, but room was ready for us, so no problem. Room was quite comfortable. Close to SeaTac. Shuttle from/to airport very convenient. Not sure a square toilet is anatomically correct.

The room was spotless and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Front desk Catherine was great

Very convenient hotel close to the airport . Free shuttle service. Beds were comfortable and room was very nice . We had a long delay in our flights so we only had 3 hour stay. But they were accommodating by having the key ready when we arrived Too short of stay

Location The bed was hard

Good

Super nice staff. Excellent dinner- especially for such a small hotel. Best of all- 10 minute walk to the airport!

My issue was how to catch the shuttle after dropping off the rental car. The lady was vague and not helpful. My brother in law tried to get more information for us but she said she had already talked to us and gave him a card with 2 numbers on it. (She had not talked to us.) One of which was disconnected. The help we received was from a fellow traveler who showed us where to go and what to do. We later learned there was a walkway between the airport and the hotel. This too from a fellow traveler. She made it seem that once we dropped the car off the shuttle would be there to pick us up.

Location near the airport and the convenient shuttle. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. There was no bath soap in the container in the shower. We weren’t able to adjust the thermostat and it was too cold. It was either too cold or we had to turn the air off. The beds are too soft which leads to uncomfortable sleep. Wish beds had a firmer mattress or adjustable.

Courteous staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, close proximity to airport along with train transportation to and from, hotel shuttle to and from airport There's nothing I did not like

We did not get the room we booked. We booked a king classic, way in advance, and were given a two queen room. When I brought it up they said booking through a third party does not guarantee a room type and kings were sold out. I checked up to 10 PM that night and kings were still available on line. If they accept the reservation they should honor what you book.

Great staff, clean room, convenient shuttle to and from airport, excellent restaurant - try the chowder.
