Thank you for the beautiful hotel stay

Stayed one day with a good rate and had to stay an extra day in Seattle and the rate doubled. Daughter in law was in a head on collision near Seattle and spent 10 days in the hospital so asked for a wheel chair accessible room. Room was too small and was not set up properly for wheel chair access to bed and bathroom. She was waiting to be flown home with medical transport so had to stay the extra day in a hotel and as mentioned, the rate doubled. We ended up moving her to another hotel with a better rate and an excellent wheel chair accessible room. They told us Marriott had very strict rules with regards to the rates and they couldn’t help us at all. Will never stay at a Marriott again??

Superb

Large, late cozy, bar with multiple tvs showing different popular games. The food is fresh plentiful and tasty. A wide variety from which to choose. Servers are helpful and easy

Just across the street (+ one block) to the tram taking you into Seattle. Airports a 5 minute stop away. Easy and relaxing.

Didn’t want to work with us. Wife was just released from hospital from a head on collision with a drunk driver. They literally told us that every dollar they can put into the resort is the priority. We checked out and changed hotels and couldn’t be more happy with the new hotel.

Great place

Room was very good. Bed/mattress was good, not excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very warm and accommodating. Key card to exit paid parking worked only about 20% of the time. Had to call for assistance.

Decent hotel close to the airport. They offer a free airport shuttle every 15 minutes which was great. We were on the main level, and it was very loud. You could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and doors shutting, so I’d recommend bringing a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, it was a good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

Excellent value, fun bar with delicious food. The gym is fun.

Exceptional

We were on the 1st floor and there was no privacy. There was a book sell going on, and we couldn’t even open our curtains because padrone outside can see directly to your room. The whole day I couldn’t open the curtains and couldn’t let sunlight in. It fills you are trapped in your room. Did not like it at all. The staff was great!

Overpriced. Great shuttle. Otherwise, a bit dated. Bed is good. Room was OK.

Very nice place

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our night stay in Seattle before we continued our traveling around Washington.

I had an option for Genius Free breakfast (based on my Booking reservation) however I had to pay for my breakfast. Room was great Additional cost for breakfast

We checked in late after arriving in Seattle after 10 pm. We PRE-PAID for a king bed but much to our surprise and dissatisfaction, we arrived in the room to two queen beds. We immediately called the front desk and she mentioned that we had booked our reservation through Expedia for a king room but that was “subject to availability” and they had no king rooms left. The paid for what I expected to be a guaranteed king bed only to be told by their staff that it was “subject to availability”. Sorry, that’s bait and switch.

The photos in the listing were extremely deceptive, when going into the property - the overall look matched the photos but once you get close you can see how poorly maintained/low quality things are. It wasn’t a great stay overall. Budget friendly at best
