Great staff. Clean rooms. Food was fantastic

Staff was great.

The property was cleaned, but I tell you to make sure you put your dead bolt lock on the door, for someone from the staff opened my room door at 8am. I was so freaked out and screamed. I complained to the front desk and she didn't seem to concerned.

The place was awesome

Airport hotel has no restaurant or food cafe open after 11:00am. No checkin after midnight. Airport hotel should have 24hrs checkin and food available at least till midnight and then room service available 24 hrs.

Great location near the airport and 24 hour shuttle service.

Also the TV needs to be replaced. The picture is extremely dark and has dark areas. On the screen. It made it impossible to watch a sports program.

Great airport shuttle services. Those guys really are going above and beyond to ensure that hotel guests have transport even during crowded times. We ate at the bar, and the food was fine but the drinks were weak. The reception staff member on duty when we checked in was tired (slow check-in). But the most surprising thing was this huge unused space in the center of the hotel that once must have been a large indoor swimming pool and now is ... nothing. I am surprised that the hotel has not invested in a better use of this space, as an updated amenity for its guests. Suggestions include (1) hosting a rotating art exhibits, (2) a customized history exhibit of all things Seattle, (3) a speakeasy, (4) an inside garden for relaxation with a play area for children, or even (5) huge 3D architectural map of Seattle and environs. The possibilities for this space are endless -- and could generate revenue for the hotel if refurbished correctly.

The hotel shuttle driver gave me incorrect info and caused me to wait at the airport for 2 hours. Ended up taking an Uber.

Great for a quick stop over on our way to the Cruise port.

Super great place clean room stuff was super friendly. It was a comfy bed and everything highly recommend.

The bed was confortable.
