Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and nice facilities. Thank you!!

Very disappointed with reception staff. Difficult to interact with client. Knowledge was lacking. Not helpful at all and didn't know answers to simple travel questions.

The driver did not akowledge us or speak to us during the drive. Not at all the service were expected or had experienced in the past.

Food was good although the restaurant and bar are lacked ambience. Room was clean and well-appointed. Actually, located within walking distance of the airport, should you prefer that option.

The bed was comfy!

They charge for parking which is absurd. Otherwise it’s fine for an airport hotel

Clean & close to airport

Addison had everything we needed. Clean room restaurant, shuttle to airport.

The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and did not take part in the restaurant. The walls were slightly thin as you can definitely hear other guests talking in the hallway. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and efficient.

Quick on time shuttle pickup to airport. Great location and friendly staff.

When asked where was a good place for dinner, the front desk staff replied "I don't know".

Great hotel with friendly staff. Loved the shuttle that picks you up from the airport and takes you back to the airport anytime you need. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was clean and bright, rooms were quiet, and cleaning staff was so sweet. Pool was warm and clean. No soap in the room. The restaurant food was good, but over priced. The real issue we had was the shuttle to/from the airport. The first time we took it, the driver had a movie on and watched it from the cup holder. When we had to take it back, they didn’t have a driver. The hotel is only ten minutes to walk, but when you have small children and luggage, it’s unpleasant- especially when that’s the reason we picked the hotel! Asked to speak to the manager, and they weren’t there (on a weekday). Left my information and never heard back.
