When the husband and I arrived we were told that our king room wasn’t available and we paid months back

You can tell that it's a weathered hotel. Food prices were astronomical and mediocre.

At night I was hearing a lot of noise in the hallways. Also a long walk to get to your room.

All good, great place for a stopover and conference.

There were several annoyances. I needed to urge the checkin -clerk to "be sure she was aware my booking was prepaid". Else 3 weeks previously they put our night's stay on my VISA card The bathroom had a nice box on the bathroom sink counter but NO soap in it. Thus to wash your hands you needed to step into the shower. Finally there was one packet of coffee (for one person) for the in-suite coffee maker. So hotel is in a great location and is very nice but the staff are not up to that same level.

Clean and close to the airport. Very nice hotel.

No breakfast was offered. Construction by the pool.

Great hotel if you want a basic hotel close to the airport. Rooms are okay, not the best soundproof but you can't beat the location. You can also park your car here while you travel through airport parking.com just start your parking date the day you arrive at the hotel. We will continue using this hotel for it's location and parking.

Very friendly staff. Kept our luggage while our room was cleaned. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Property is showing it's age but was very well kept. Only question was door to bathroom hit toilet when opening, not sure why that is. Shuttle to airport was a definite plus. Not very much in the neighborhood to walk too. Overall a very good stay

We did reach out to expedia support and received the most generic message back stating they could not help us out or refund our money.

Perfectly located across from the airport as we missed our connecting flight and had to stay overnight and be back at the airport early the next morning.

The room it's self was large and comfortable.

It’s an older property but well maintained and clean. I had some trouble finding the free shuttle and ended up paying for a cab. With less luggage, it would’ve been an easy walk from the terminal.

This hotel is very clean however very outdated. The furniture is pretty beat up. No makeup mirror in bathroom and the lighting bad. There is carpet in the hallways which makes it difficult to roll a suitcase. It is in a great location close to the airport and light rail. They also offer airport shuttle service.

Clean room, expect a walk as hotel is very large. Bed very comfortable

It is a very good hotel but need ti walk to far to the room from elevator and specially dragging suitcases with caroet that causes a drag. Just need sime updating with furnitures but a nice hotel.

This was a quick stay overnight between flights and the staff were amazing getting me, as a solo traveler, to my room asap and helping direct me to the pedestrian walk way back to the terminal. Easy checkout too.
