SureStay Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport North

Exceptional

Close to the airport, transportation to the airport. Looks somewhat old

Exceptional

The location is pretty good, close to the light rail, the shuttle from the airport and to the airport is very efficient, also, the gym and the pool are more than decent for the price we paid! The only thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning, the carpet was not vacuumed properly, the beds were a bit messy and in the bathroom the mirror and the bath had some dirty spots!

Superb

Very good

Parking and shuttle to airport were terrific. Hotel is basic. No breakfast. For the purpose of sleeping well and having very easy parking and access to the airport this is just fine.

shuttle no complimentary breakfast

Superb

The rooms are not very insulated and are quite loud

Location was great. Shuttle service excellent and very close to the train system to get into town. Room was good. Having the shower over bath. Bath was quite deep and the stepping into it was tricky when I was very tired from travel. I know it's an older building and this is the most practical solution but not so good for someone with mobility issues.

Near the airport. Easy parking, polite and helpful staff. Older hotel and could hear all of our neighbors very clearly hence the lower review. Thankfully no one was rowdy so noise stopped by 10 PM or so.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made it a pleasant stay. The Airport Shuttle was a plus. if it wasn’t for the airport shuttle I would had stayed some where else. I’m glad I found this hotel. I felt safe and secured while I was there. On my return flight I hope to stay there again. Thank you SureStay a (Best Western Hotel).

Good

Convenient free shuttle service! After landing, just walk to the shuttle area, call the hotel using the airport courtesy phone, and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. Great breakfast with multiple options available! Even though it's right next to the highway, the soundproofing is excellent and the room is quiet. The lighting in the room was quite dim.

First floor hallway was never vacuumed the whole week. There was a piece of dental floss and a stirring stick that housekeeping never picked up. Only thing we asked for was a replacement box of tissues which was given to us quickly. Appreciated that they had the makings for hot tea with honey available for purchase. Parking is not assigned but readily available. Gate in the back is closed after dark. Good for security but wasn’t told about it in advance.

Location No fridge in room

Superb

The hotel needs make early check in available. I arrived at the property at 8:30 am and had to wait until 3 pm to get into a room and it was dirty. This happens every time I stay there. Unacceptable. The bare minimum snack bar needs to be open much much earlier. I was tired, thirsty and hungry and was unable to purchase anything. Do better! 😡
