However, the staff sent us to the wrong room, the next morning found hairs, plural and LONG, in the tub. So, meh. But, the bed was comfy and the blackout curtains got the job done. The Link light rail was right across the street, which was convenient and with one beautiful, affordable ride we were in Pike Place Market enjoying the tourist center of Seattle! From there we made our way to a better hotel😬 For $100 it was acceptable. If strange hairs and knocking on someone else’s room at 1am aren’t your thing…pay a little more and book the Hilton next door.

Worked food for our arrival and departure nights to SeaTac

We had a short but pleasant stay; the front desk staff was exceptional. The entire facility was clean and easy to get around, and it was nice having a little bistro on site. It's also SUPER close to the SeaTac light rail terminal, which was amazingly helpful for incoming family members.

Clean room

Clean hotel. Very close to train stop for getting into the city.
-
I like the convenience of this hotel being close to the airport and the light rail.

According to Expedia breakfast was provided. This is not true! Spent a $100.00 for breakfast at the airport.😡

It was basic, the room smelled old and musty but I had some Lysol left in my travel size that was just enough to make the room bearable enough to fall asleep. AC is definitely an old model that’s not good looking but it cooled the room quite well. It was close to SeaTac airport, had a shuttle and I had an early flight after traveling back to the US the day b4 all I needed was a ride a shower and a bed, it checked all those boxes at a reasonable price.

Front desk staff was terribly rude and unprofessional. Hotel restaurant did not have a phone number to call in and order.

The cafe in the building was absolutely awful. The hamburger I got was premade frozen, the worst. They just thawed it and microwaved it. Don’t eat there.

Convenient to airport. Great shuttle service.

My first stay was in a room on the 3rd floor and it was fine. Plus, the shuttle was great - there was no wait for the top of the hour or half hour. My second stay, they put me in what appears to be an older section of the hotel. It smelled, the toilet barely flushed, the bed was extra soft and sagged, and then there was a spider on the ceiling that I missed killing and it dropped to the floor and disappeared…that didn’t help me sleep well. I rated low, but I was happy with the place until the second experience. The bedding and towels were clean.

It was a lot better in our room than the looks of the property from the outside or the lobby. It was comfortable and quiet. Great for families or anyone needing to be near the airport and there are a lot of great places to eat nearby.

Thank you

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, walkable from light rail too! Great price for a sleeping place by airport. Has a free shuttle that was very convenient.

It’s an old hotel; they don't even offer something as simple as complimentary water. Check-in was strictly at 3:00—not a minute earlier—and the lobby was packed with older people waiting for that exact time; it was ridiculous. If you wanted to check in before then, they charged you $50. The reception staff wasn't attentive and lacked a personal touch; the whole experience felt more like a cheap motel. It’s better to pay a little more for somewhere newer, cleaner, and friendlier. I’d give it a zero if I could. The only highlight was the maintenance man who helped us with the TV; otherwise, it was terrible. I do not recommend it.

Shuttle prompt and efficient. Check in quick and timely

Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable stay.

The front desk staff was welcoming and polite. I needed a 3am ride to the airport and they were ready to handle it. Honestly you could walk, but the neighborhood was a little sketch. All in all, it was a clean room in great proximity to the airport and I had zero complaints.
