a place to sleep not fancy

This is a pretty run down property. Tubs and sinks had been painted and were chipping. There were patches on the ceiling and some stains on the furniture. In spite of this, the room was clean and everything was functional. The room was large. The property was only a couple of blocks from the rail station at the airport. There is a Denny's next door. The price was relatively low for the area. Overall it was a good no frills place to stay to catch a flight.

Additionally, the night auditor or person at the front desk, wad overly aggressive and enforcing rules about visitors. I had two of my friends stop by my room at 2 o’clock in the morning, which caused him to call our room, threatening to call the police. His irrational and quick escalation of this caused me to check out at 3 AM because I didn’t wanna be there anyway - this place is gross. You’ll have a better experience at any other Motel.

I’m treated like family here the staff is always respectful of my needs or preferences

Luckily I was finishing up a week of climbing in the Cascades and had my sleeping pad handy. With it covering the lumpy mattress it was no worse than sleeping on a glacial moraine. It’s definitely a dive but the price wasn’t terrible and the door had a nice solid lock. The shuttle van was quick.

Clean comfortable beds friendly staff

The front desk staff had an issue with checking up my reservation online and refused to get someone else to help her,after like 20 minutes of trying to explain to her,a gentleman man came and helped me out,

Bugs in the bathroom, burn holes in the comforter and the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. Staff was very held and friendly.

Staff was very helpful with switching my reservation after flight issues. This is the cheapest hotel you can find for a layover with a shuttle.. the shuttle is quick clean and has AC. The place is what your paying for, pretty dated and could be cleaner but hey if you don't want to sit in the airport 12 hours…. There is a 24 hr dennys and gas station next door so very convenient

Basic overnight accommodations. That's it. Rooms need to be upgraded with new faucets, sinks and floors. Bed and pillows were comfortable for sure.

I did nor feel secure in my room. AC / ventilation controls were broken. My room was tired, furniture was worn out. Only upside was free shuttle to and from airport.

Staff was helpful and the shuttle service was great. The smoke detector was not installed in my room. Brought it to the attention of the staff and they promptly installed it. Bed was a little soft for my needs.
