Rodeway Inn Seattle Airport

Needs renovation.

This was the worst ever. Started off with the shuttle being shut down right before I got there. Them suggesting that I walk although it was raining. A cab ride basically 3 minutes cost me $25. The room was shabby to say the least. I should have just spent the additional 25 on a better place.

It was a dump!!!

I spent 20 min in the room and saw the roaches. Went out to cancel reservation and they still charged me the deposit and for a night since the room was used. Staff was not helpful and had to find another reservation at 1am. Again no one was helpful. Staff was able to charge me but not refund me for their infestation.

Terrible place, do not stay here!!

My check-in went well and the staff were friendly but this hotel needs updating.

They made me pay deposit that they have sent back yet fix this please...!

The place is pretty run down. One light was randomly turning off then on again. While the attempt of cleanliness appears to be there, the overall condition of the room and building makes the feeling of cleanliness less so. The place was super cheap to book, so I guess we got what we paid for, which was a bed to use until our early morning flight. Expectations were not high, but also were barely met.

Staff let me store my bag and clean my teeth early in the morning, which as good of them. Has a cool vending machine for a $1 a drink so I smashed that. It’s no Hilton but for convenience to airport / train and the price it’s good

Place is very close to the seatac light rail terminal so you can literally walk to the airport. Has a fridge. No microwave. But tub was clogged, two coackroaches in tub, air conditioner sort of worked (had to play with it and unplug it to get it working). Generally pretty unkept carpets and not very good finishes.

Mr. Lee was very kind and helpful. There was a shuttle that was included in the stay price.

This was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. It perhaps would be a nice hotel in a Third World country, but I doubt it. It was filthy with virtually no amenities.

However, the room lighting was quite limited, and one of the lamps did not have a working bulb. There is a desk in the room, but there is no desk lamp, so it is difficult to work at night. The bathroom amenities were also limited. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests, and only one hand towel was provided. The hotel provides an ice machine, but there is no water dispenser. If you need water, bottled water is available for purchase at the front desk for $1.

I hate writing bad reviews but I really hope this helps get the property under control! Me and my family of 5 were picked up at the airport in a shuttle that smelled heavily of marijuana. That might be fine for some people but we had two babies with us. Upon arrival my husband noticed cigarette and marijuana smoke on site. Property is in a great location to the airport but such a shame it's not kept up. My husband and I had to cancel our reservation and literally walked all the way back to the airport with 2 suitcases and 2 babies. Please try something else!

Would I go back there?… NO.

Staff is very nice.

Old smelly Rundown way overpriced bookings you sold me this room for $130 something a night when it was selling at the night we arrived at 70 thanks a lot
