Clean, great staff and close in to the lake Parking required a QR code at exit and that system was not working properly we had a very hard time getting out of the garage

Great location with views from South Lake Union. New facility with parking. Safe and convenient. Great cafe, and hotel ammenities. We stayed for a week and appreciated the clean available laundry!

The room was good. Great bed! We didn’t use any of the amenities. I did order food from the restaurant. It came up hot and ready to eat.

We stayed in the Merriott a few miles away a week earlier and had the best breakfast That was miss leading

Checking in was a breeze and scheduling transportation from the hotel to the cruise line was easy as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. The food in the Bistro was very good. There was no courtesy shuttle from this hotel at all. We noticed other hotels had them. this would, could and shall determine if we stay here again.

Proximity to downtown and my destination The machine to make the room cards was down so I had to be let in my room and if I left the room I had to go down to the front desk for someone to go up and unlock my door

Cons: Average food. No slippers in room. If you plan to head to go to the waterfront or Pike Place, it's a 30 minute walk but not a deal breaker!

Loved it

The free breakfast is worth it they were fantastic to us food was very good and fast in the mornings, location isn’t the best described as walking distance to space needle and arenas but defiantly wasn’t so wouldn’t stay here again as Uber was used way to much. Nice to be across from the water but rather bc closer to Pike and arenas for the games. Parking was a joke told us $50 but then they tax you another $10 so $60 a night is ridiculous. Was loud in the room from the road though
