Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Seattle Center

The room was large and beds comfortable. The breakfast was okay - tasty and sumptuous. The air conditioning in the room was not good. It switched on and off throughout the night and made noise. The dinner menu was very limited and not at all tasty but expensive. The reception staff were transactional with no warmth.

Staff was professional, friendly and even though it was very busy, they stayed focused and pleasant! The room was nice the bed so comfortable!

The room was clean and good size. The price of the room changed each night and the price to park the car was way too much. I needed a microwave and laundry and complimentary coffee in the morning.

Room was clean, friendly staff. Did not avail myself of breakfast. It was not included. Many coffee shops within walking distance. Also a supermarket across street. Very convenient. Parking was $30 per day, not bad considering other hotels in area. Parking spaces are tight though. Most with pillar on one side so make sure you pull in mirrors. Laundry on premise. $1.75 for wash, $2 for dryer. Need quarters.

We were very unhappy that they denied us the breakfast vouchers just because we booked through Expedia. The breakfast was $22/person which was ridiculous since we were paying to stay there.

It was OK, just OK

This is the second time we have chosen to use this property and we have already booked another night for next month. We drive from the other side of the state when we need to be in Seattle. We used to stay closer to the center of downtown, but it has become less attractive. We can walk to the waterfront from this hotel (might be a long walk for some people) and we can easily Uber to further points. We particularly enjoy the comfort of the beds and linens. Additionally, the parking is perfect for us. It is in a protected garage with access only by those staying at the hotel. The parking is affordable. We went down to the area where breakfast was being held, but just wanted a coffee and a staff member greeted us kindly and handed us a cup for coffee. The front desk staff are also kind and helpful. We will continue to stay at this property in the future as prices more central have climbed to the unaffordable state and the feel of safety has lessened.

Overall, the hotel is well-maintained, worth the price, and in a convenient location. The room was clean and well-stocked with standard hygiene products. The AC system worked great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The parking is fairly priced, easy to navigate, and secure behind a gate requiring a key to access. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. There was no line at the front desk either time and we received our keys/folio instantly.
